Crappy! CRAPPY CRAPPY!!! Broke before completing very careful set up. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! Very badly made. The plastic joints are not strong enough to hold well. The aluminum support broke upon installation the very first time. Did not even get it open to use one time. Had to buy a replacement at WalMart.

I took it out of the box and set it up the major corner plastic was broken. Set it up with some duct tape. When I took it down it is bending easier and the plastic top piece bent up in two places.

This review is written 3 years after purchase because the unit was purchased for preparedness and we did not have occasion to open it until today, we our area got the first rains of the season. As far as I can tell, this was a design for a 6x6 or 7x7 canopy that someone decided to just expand to 10x10 by making the arms longer without realizing that the structure needed to be stronger as it got bigger. As we were setting it up, one side simply bent inward. After putting on the actual fabric, there wasn't enough support on the "slope" of the roof to keep the rain running off, so it pooled up along the other side until one of the support rods (the criss-cross rods that make up the frame) just snapped at one of the joints. It's possible that in the intervening 3 years they have improved this unit, as my feelings are that it's actually cheaper for a manufacturer to make something that works than it is to make something cheap. What I mean is that it would only take 5 or 6 refunds to wipe out the profit on 200 units, so check the current reviews.

Easy to setup single person

Purchased for daughters backyard graduation party. Fairly easy to assemble. My son assembled in about 10 mins. You definitely need two people. It served its purpose by providing shelter from sun. It was a warm day but a little windy. I installed in driveway and never secured it down. The canopy remained pretty stable however upon erecting the canopy one of the poles snapped. It was a little annoying pushing the pole out of the way constantly but again it served its purpose. Edit: 7.2.23 The company did provide me with a replacement within 2 days, so excellent customer service.

Went up easily and looked great!

It saved us in a pinch but the material is like plasticky and seems like we could only use it once or twice. I was enjoying it and then when I went to go put it away I noticed it was already starting to tear and we only used it a couple days with very gentle use
