MomeniRugs New Wave Collection, 100% Wool Hand Carved & Tufted Contemporary Area Rug, 2'6" x 8' Runner, Blue

This is a very nicely made rug that lies perfectly flat. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the color is not quite as vibrant as it appears to be on line. I was hoping the teal would be more vibrant but it is fairly subdued. It has dark navy and a medium blue and the gold is a brown-gold. But it is still beautiful and I am keeping it. It is in my office and complements the furniture and artwork

Colors are really true, very nice almost overwhelming for our smaller living room, but I love the carpet and rich colors, it is soft and very thick. My only concern is that there is visible lines in carpet, I was told it will disappear with time but it's been several months in use and I can still see the lines, that little concern me. Just recommendation, do not vacuum this carpet often at the beginning, let it set for few months - it is wool carpet. We are using our Dyson with soft hard wood floors attachment with very mild suction just to softly pick the debris. It is not shedding much then.

The odor upon opening was heady. Maybe a lot of VOCs. I put the carpets outside in the sunshine all day, and it helped reduce the smell. Otherwise, a well crafted and beautiful carpet. The colors are bright and vivid and I'm sure these wool carpets have plenty of life in them.I would have rated this a five star transaction, except for the smell upon opening.

This item was quickly shipped, and is beautiful. To help anyone else who wishes to order this rug, I am going to describe it color-wise as best I can because it showed slightly different on my computer monitor. There are 2 - 3 different shades of green, along with navy, really dark navy which looks black, some brighter navy, a spice/orange color, and a light orange/gold color. The pile seems thick enough (I did put a rug pad under it), and so far, I haven't noticed a shedding problem. It's definitely a contemporary rug with striking colors.

Fabulous colors, tight plush weave, impressionistic design. Add color to a room without being loud.My only regret, but no big deal, was that the cloth binding in the back was a little loose, pulling, on one corner.Nothing some fabric tape would not cure.Lovingly made in China.

Love this rug. As you can see, I have a pretty long hallway upstairs so I bought 3 of them and used heavy duty rug tape to meld them together. You’d never know it wasn’t one piece. So colorful and looks extremely expensive...even more so now because of my new length.

Beautiful rug! Smells very strongly of VOCs, and I had to air it out for 3 days before the stench was gone.
