Excellent Product
I have used this product for several years and found it very effective. Originally it was prescribed and sold by a podiatrist. They are cheaper through Amazon than through the doctor, and I have purchased several.

Durable & long-lasting
These are worth the price for sure. I weigh 160 lbs. & they have not crushed or changed shape. They support my arches excellently & I have repurchased them. I find a pair from 2016 still wearable !!

If you need a insole these are very good, I have one problem with them...they don't last me very long. I usually get 6 months out of a pair but I do walk between 10,000 and 22,000 steps a day at work so you may get a longer if you don't walk as much.

Works Decent for Some
I have semi flat feet so I was recommended these by my podiatrist. I run about 3-5 miles a day and my feet tend to hurt after the first 2. I tried these in my Hokas and they worked alright. My feet still hurt but they hurt less with the inserts. These seem to work REALLY well for walking long distances. When it comes to long distance running, I found them to be a bit lacking. Not very cushioned but overall a decent price for those who can’t stand factory inserts.
