Q: I have bought this machine for one year, so I need to replace the filter element. How should I replace the filter element?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your inquiry. Regarding the question of filter replacement, here are the replacement steps: 1. Turn off the power and empty the water in the water tank. 2. Pull up the filter compartment cover. 3. Hold the filter cartridge, lifts it outwards then rotate it to the left, pull it down to remove it. 4. Align the triangle mark of the filter connector, push it upward, and rotate to the right to complete the replacement. Q: what is the difference between the model at 399 and the other at 429 and how long will the filter last in a family of 3?

The model at 399 (ROPOT-180) adopts single RO tech, only has filter life monitor, and it has one default water production of 1.5L. The model at 429(TDS-180 model) adopts DOUBLE RO tech, 2 reverse osmosis filter cartridges accelerates filtration faster and more precisely, has both TDS monitor and filter life monitor, and there is 3 water producing volume of 1/3, 2/3 and 1.7L (full) to choose. Reverse osmosis filter cartridges can be used for 2 years, and the other filter cartridges can be used for 1 year. For any other question, please feel free to contact us.

Q: How exactly do you clean the tank

Q: Is the water holder glass or plastic?

The water holder is made of plexiglass. This kind of material has higher hardness and better surface gloss, which means that it is much stronger than regular glass. The watertank is made of food-grade plastic, thus there is nothing to worry about.
