I purchased this item to use on my thighs where I had some dimpling and I hoped it would release some of the myofascia. The suction power is unbelievable. Please start at the lowest setting, it will take a few days to get use to. The heat is not really hot but it warms comfortably. This is my fourth day using it and I took the suction setting to 3. Be careful releasing the suction from your skin, I will advise to not twist it off, but to tilt it to the side and use your fingers to press you skin down to release out of the suction. Another thing is it recharges fast

I returned it. The touch buttons are hard to use and I wish it had clicking push buttons, especially since it's not grabbable by the device middle. Hands and fingers easily touch buttons while using, changing settings unintentionally, and since it's hard to grip, it slips and falls off you easily when using. The suction and heat worked good but I got a different one that I like much better.
