Falcon Flight Emergency 3 watt Low Profile Magnetic Roof Mount Mini LED Light Bar 27 in (Blue)

First of all, they sent me the wrong light bar, all red LED’s instead of Red/Blue. Once I emailed them rather than send me the correct lightbar, they asked me if they could just send me blue modules and that they’re “easy” to install, just plug and play. I agreed that would be ok, seeing they’re just Phillips screwed in. Finally I get the blue ones in and I try to remove the ones in the light bar, can’t get them out. They’re fitted too snugly into the housing. So then I think maybe take off the end caps to get them out. Four screws to remove the end cap but there is internal hardware holding it on. Now I’m wondering if I have to completely dismantle the light bar, feet and all, in order to do this. This was not the picture promised to me. This is not MY responsibiiity! Their customer service BLOWS! Total incompetence!!!!

I purchasd this lightbar in December of 2017. In November of 2018 i started having LEDs burninh out or not working. The company replaced them without hassle. I now have the alley lights (end caps) of the light bar glowing very dimly yellow/clear when the lightbars plugged in. I also have a few LEDs on the alleys that arent working. I also noticed a lot of moisture inside the lightbar when i had the LED modules replaced. It’s definitely not waterproof as good as they say. I’ve tried contacting the company and have gotten no response from them. There webpage says a 3 year warranty yet the company doesn’t seem to be honoring that. I’m not impressed at all and i have a fleet of trucks and tractors that use emergency lights. I will be switching providers from here on out.

The product doesn’t work. It has horrible quality. Not worth the money. The customer service department takes forever to issue refunds. Even if item is received by their warehouse. You have to pay for return shipping. Would give zero stars if I could.

This light bar is a fantastic addition do any emergency response vehicle or private vehicle that is allowed to run overhead light bars. The only real issues I have is that the power source is a 12V plug connector with a glass fuse inside and tends to get hot with extended use. I will be hard wiring that into a fuse panel to correct that issue. The end caps on both sides of the light bar are made of plastic and one cold day and a branch may hit it and I suspect it will shatter other than those issues this light bar is well worth every penny.

Bought two of these light bars for use with company vehicles in my engineering office. We use trucks on an almost-daily basis for site visits to construction sites. Overall I recommend the light bar. Customer service is excellent, and very fast shipping. The control module broke after a couple of weeks of use, and LED Equipped sent a replacement immediately, no questions asked.My only complaint is that I wish the lights were brighter. I guess I was expecting more. We may need to go with a different setup for maximum visibility.

I'm a fleet service mechanic, so I'm always on the freeway. Yesterday i was traveling at 70 mph on my way to a frdex truck, and it was a windy day. Next thing i knew i was hearing something smash against my truck. I pulled over as it was dangling off my truck. These magnets aren't very strong at all. I put it back on today and removed the rubber feet protectors to see if it will hold better

I bought this as a pilot/escort vehicle driver. It works fantastic and looks even better with my silver car. The lights are very bright and i like all the modes. I did have an issue with one of the sets of lights within 2 weeks though. After taking the light apart i saw there was a bad connection. Since fixing the connection there have been no problems the last 20,000 miles. The magnets are good, the cord is long enough for me. It feels very solid. This is a bargain.

Received the light bar a day early. Was very excited, opened carton light was well packaged, removed from carton and the light bar was the only thing in carton. Tried to locate owners manual, tried to test and nothing happened. NO OWNERS MANUAL TO TELL ME IF I WAS DOING ANYTHING WRONG, NO OWNERS MANUAL OR ANY PAPERWORK FOR THAT MATTER.

Item arrived and was defective right out of the box this isnthe second light i have bought. Over 600$ in lights that are crap.Do not purchase from this place

Amazingly bright!! Only tried it in the daylight yet. But Wow!!
