Only works with Camo deck screws? Doesn't work with other brand deck screws?

Yes. This tool only works with CAMO edge screws.

how do you fasten the other side of the deck board?

Because this tool only works to fasten one side of a board at a time you will need to position the tool on the other side of the board to secure the other side. Alternatively, the Camo Pro Guide, Pro-X1 Guide or Pro-NB Guide allow you to fasten into both edges of a board from one position. Take your deck installation to the next level and use Camo's stand up DRIVE tool, the fastest, easiest and most versatile tool on the market.
