These work amaazing! I parked my car in a shady area and i put these up before leaving it parked in the streets. It made me feel safer, also when ur inside with them up. Uuf so good, it gets pretty dark. Unfortunately i have a sunroof/moonroof with a thin fabric to cover so it doesn’t get that that dark but really cool for privacy :)!! I recommend for sure. O also its kinda easy to pull down, but easy to put up against the metal frame of the window. I like it

Perfect. quick. simple. The black interior of my car just soaks in heat. These great little shades are quick to pop in and take down to keep the car cool. I travel with my dog to events and normally have to put a large aluminum net over the car to keep it cool. While some times that might be needed, most of the time, these little curtains will do the trick with much less effort. Bonus is that I can lower a window and place the curtain lower as well so air flows.

Tiny separate magnets attach to the door to give privacy. The magnets aren't that strong. If you bump them, the whole curtain falls off. They block all sunlight. Even direct light from a flashlight is blocked. Perfect for changing clothes, van life or getting a nap in the backseat. That said, I wouldn't suggest driving with them on. It completely blocks any view out the covered window. They aren't insulated and only attach one way. The magnets are in the "top" half of the curtain. It would be nice if it had magnets all around to seal the bottom of the curtain for night stops.

Great black out curtains. Magnets are very strong! Don't come off easy. Curtain straps were good quality did not rip off with lots of use and washing them. Would buy again and recommend for blackout curtains that stick well

I purchase this knowing that it's not a car model specific. It was big enough to fit the windows of my '20 rav4. I used these whenever I'm inside the vehicle doing work on my laptop and keep the heat/glare out. 3 stars because it's either missing a few magnets and some came off due to the poor stitching.

UPDATE: 6/17/25 - DON'T BOTHER GETTING THEM. THEY DON'T STICK ONTO MY MAKE SUV,(listed below) AND WHEN I HAD THEM ON THE METAL part of car, just above the windows, IT RAINED, AND THE WHOLE BACK SEAT OF MY CAR GOT SOAKING WET. Just like someone else said in their review. DONT BUY ITS A RIP-OFF! The video to this product is very deceiving. They show that it sticks immediately & easily to the car frame. Also the guy in the car is able to slide the curtains to 1 side when he wants to look out, BUT, it doesn't do that at all bc you have to stick it to the actual metal of the car before closing the door. So when you close the car door it's locked in tight .....no way to slide the curtain over if you want to look out, like shown in their video. The magnets are very tiny, and they barely stick. Because the weight of the curtain is too heavy for those tiny magnets to hold. I'm considering buying my own bigger magnets and hot gluing them so that they could work better from the inside. I will say though, they do block out the light, and the car became very dark, and it adds very nice privacy. Just not functional as I needed it. For reference, I bought the two shades for the back seat windows for my 2012 Equinox.

RE: the people saying the magnets are weak... Nope. The magnets are just great. However... they're only at the top. So, if you've got the thing upside-down and are upset that it won't stick... that's on you. RE: the people saying it doesn't fit. Well, no, not perfectly. If you want, you can pay $200 and get some custom fit ones just for your EXACT car. But these are one-size-fits-all, dig? For this incredibly low price, they do exactly what they're supposed to, which is block *most* of the sun/light. And in terms of application technique: these are designed to go on with the door OPEN. You wrap the magnetic part around to the metal part of the door, so that when you close the door, the magnets are inside the gap between door and frame. If you're trying to put them on with the door closed... yeah, that won't work. If they were reflective for sunshine, they'd be perfect and worth 3x. But for this price, they're still pretty amazing.

I am a loser and have been too anxious and shy to eat out alone in public, so I resort to eating in the comfort of my car lol #losercore however, when I eat in my car, students passing by look at me weird. it really messes with my head. I know they most likely don't care, so what? but years of being bullied in elementary and middle school really does numbers to you, and you think people are out to get you. so I purchased these curtains to keep myself more private when I eat alone in my car. it makes me feel safer, and I can enjoy my lunches in peace now!! it's easy to put on and fits my toyota corolla se. it's compact and can be stored in your glove compartment or other car nooks and crannies :-) my only gripe is that the magnets are a bit annoying as they go all over the place. but it doesn't affect its usability at all. awesome purchase for those who also like to eat or maybe even nap in your car between classes
