Just the part I needed!Does your washer get off balance EVERY load?If your washer shimmys, shakes or dances, you probably need this part to replace the rods (with springs which hold the laundry tub).Over the years the springs stretch and elongate, so they no longer work.I found a YouTube video that shows how to replace the four rods with the springs.Initially, we completely dismantled the back of the washer, but we found that unnecessary as you will need to lay the washer on its side to change the rods.The parts appear to be of good quality.The parts were affordable. No instructions provided. However, YouTube video made replacement relatively easy.You will need some pliers and an extra set of hands.

Washer was banging in rinse and spin cycle. These suspension rods fixed the problem. Great product great price.

Installed these and worked well for a month. Now our washer bangs and makes terrible noise again. No customer service number for AMI to call for problems either. Poor customer service.

Our washer kept going for walks through the laundry room and threatening to bust through our floor. I thought it was done. I put off buying a new one because they are SOOO expensive now. I had tried rearranging clothes and doing half loads instead of full heavy loads, which worked temporarily. But the loud banging and chipping off of pieces from the drum continued. In searching for other methods to prevent out of balance loads, I came across a Youtube video on replacing the suspension rods. Looked like an easy fix, and followed the video link to this product. Rods were WAY cheaper than a new washer, so I didn't figure I had much to lose.Followed the instructions in the Youtube video, and I was able to replace the rods on my own without too much trouble. And it worked! The spin cycle is so quiet now, like when brand new, and the clothes are spun almost dry again. I am so pleased! It's been 6 months now, and my washer is still working as it should. I bought a second set of rods figuring I would need to replace them again eventually, but so far so good. They are there for when I need them. But even if I have to replace once a year, still much less expensive than buying a new washer. SO worth the price.
