Love this doorstop. It is sturdy and keeps the door propped open. Aesthetically pleasing .

Taking ahold of this mouse, I thought he would do the job I wanted him for easily; to hold 8 books in place. After all, if he can hold a door open, this should be easy.However, no matter how often I tell Charlie mouse to "Heave"( that will totally go over the heads of non-Bagpuss lovers!), he is often balancing on his heels, as opposed to being flat on his feet.I've given 4 stars as he is cute, heavy and am sure he would do the job he is made for very well.The seller was very fast in despatching Charlie Mouse and for the most part he does what I want, so he's a good mouse really!

Bought these to keep my patio doors open when its a bit windy. Wanted something cute and these certainly are while being practical and not too bulky. Delighted with them and they do the trick.

pretty little mice, well made - but unstable on their feet and too light for anything but the most flimsy door - I always find them lying on their side, never standing on their little feet holding the door like they're supposed to - which is a shame. They do sort of work if they're lying on their side, but they scratch the door/floor so not great - I note with interest that "Lightweight" is given as a product feature on this product - which is a bit weird for a doorstop - Lightweight is a failing, surely? - I've given them 1 star for light weight - although they are indeed very lightweight (if you see what I mean)

I love this little guy. He's adorable. I purchased the mouse. The finish was not silver as depicted. It appears to have an acid wash with gold highlights. I think it will match most decors. Even though mine decor is grey and brushed nickel, he fits in just fine. Good heft to hold any residential door.

Love this mouse holding the door open. I got the white one. My dog doesn't think it's a toy!! He used to chew up whatever I used as a door stop, but he leaves this one alone.

The front paws that hold door open should have felt on them to protect the door..my mouse had felt on the back feet only. I glued some thick fabric to front feet so it wouldn't hurt the doir.
