It works very well.
I bought this for use on a computer I have in another room somewhat distant from our home office where we have our main computer, about 40 feet distant, so we could have internet access. I had bought another brand and it did not work due to the great distance I presume. So I was hopeful but somewhat cynical and afraid to get my hopes up when I ordered this one. When I received it I found it was easy to set up however, and lo and behold it worked just fine! I have been using it for sometime now with no problems whatsoever. So I am very pleased with this product and I heartily recommend it.

Works great on Raspberry Pi running Rasbian.
Using this USB NIC with a Raspberry PI. Works plug and play with Rasbian distro. I was a bit surprised by how snugly it fits into the USB port, but I am totally of with that. Less like for dust and moisture build up; I live in Texas, so both are issues with electronics.

Simple solution for a big problem
Simple solution for a mini-ATX when you have only 1 or 2 slots for other devices on your motherboard. Comes with the necessary drivers on an install disc and works great with Windows 8.1 and 7. Really easy to install too, plug it in, windows sees it and asks you to install a driver. You put the disc into your optical drive and tada! Mine works great too! Oh yah, its cheaper than all of the wifi cards too! The MAXAH Wireless adapter has a light emitting diode built-in which remains lit when power is supplied and flashes brightly when a connection is on-going.
