Mighty Mint Peppermint Oil Rodent Repellent Spray, 1 Gallon (128 oz)

Order arrived fast, my Aunt recommended this spray. She said it has a pleasant mint scent. We love fresh mint especially during summer. Now I must say this. The spray does work. Keeping mice away for a short time. It will not get rid of them. So you'll still need to purchase traps of choice to destroy them. It's safe to use around kids and pets. Use gloves to protect your hands from the mint oil. I've read reviews about the spray nozzle. Not working properly. As long as you keep the pump nozzle. Straight down and squeeze the sprayer with care you're good. Just know that as with anything. Mice will get used to the scent and will return. However it's a wonderful deterant. I recommend this for temporary peace of mind.

I used to buy peppermint oil and put it on cotton balls and set around in my Mobile home in the mountains. It seems to keep bugs away. I bought this in place of using my peppermint oil and when I leave for an extended time,I spray it around the place. Fragrance is not bad. I don’t seem to have rodents, but I bought it for bugs.

I JUST RECEIVED THIS ITEM FOR THE FIRST TIME, I MADE SURE TO USE IT AS DIRECTED.. I DO NOT HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM WITH DEER MICE OR CHIPMONKS BUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I DO CATCH THEM IN MY GARAGE, WHICH IS FOOD FREE AND CLEAN, BEFORE WINTER. I USE THE RELEASE TYPE OF TRAPS, NO HARM, I TAKE THE DEER MICE A DISTANCE AWAY AND RELEASE THEM IN THE WOODS. THE CHIPMONKS ARE RELEASED IN MY YARD SINCE I HARDLY EVER CATCH THEM. I USED THE MIGHTY MINT SPRAY AS DIRECTED BUT I AM STILL CATCHING DEER MICE EVEN AFTER SPRAYING THE HOLE I SEE IN SHEET ROCK NEAR THE FLOOR AND ALL SURROUNDING AREAS IN MY GARAGE, INCLUDING CAR ENGINE DEPARTMENT AND INTERIOR OF CAR JUST IN CASE BUT SO FAR I AM NOT SURE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT WORKING OR NOT, GIVING IT MORE TIME, NOT SURE IF IT REALLY LASTS THAT LONG AFTER SPRAYING...

Finally keeping the mice off my patio in a humane manner. Smells nice, hope it lasts as it is not cheap but is doing the job so far. Would recommend.

I’ve been using this peppermint oil spray around areas where I’ve noticed signs of rodents, and I really like the strong peppermint scent. It’s easy to spray around corners, entry points, and other areas without making a mess. The smell is fresh and much more pleasant than using harsh chemical products. It’s also convenient to reapply as needed. Overall, it’s a simple option to help keep rodents away.

Although the container shows the exact amount of peppermint oil on the front (you have to zoom in) many potential purchasers and people whom have already bought the product have missed this important factor. 4% seems to be the standard amount from what I've observed across the web. The decision to rate this with 3 stars is due to the small amount of peppermint oil and its seemingly ineffectiveness. That percentage is also why the product is so affordable. I researched pure peppermint or 100% peppermint oil and it is extremely expensive in bulk (more than 24 oz) however that is what you truly need if you want to rid your space of rodents. Some good points: The gallon container has a handle as well as a convenient spray nozzle attached to a hose that's about a foot (give or take) long. It makes it very easy to spray hard to reach areas (behind item's that can't easily be moved, underneath immovable or heavy objects, in corners etc). The scent is not as overwhelming as uncut peppermint oil yet some who have purchased this product have found it strong and offensive to the senses. I like the smell of peppermint oil so that didn't bother me. Depending on how much and how often you spray, it WILL linger for days, gradually dissipating. What did bother me is that we didn't have a mouse or rat infestation so to speak, just probably the mom and a kid or two and despite spraying every nook and cranny of our small living space (often multiple times per day) the one or two little bas**rds were still around! I've used pure/uncut essential peppermint oil in the past (soaking cotton balls and stuffing them in corners and wiping the baseboards and areas I've seen them in/on and where I've noticed their droppings) and it absolutely worked. It kept them out for months and for nearly a year we didn't see any sign of them. I emptied this gallon jug in less than a week and the crafty rodents seemed to have found a space to hide where they were not as effected by the overpowering mint because they were still coming out (albeit very cloak & daggerish--lol) looking for food. Eventually (several weeks later and after finding one of their main exit and entry points and soaking it with 100% Peppermint THEN plugging that hole) they or it left. I hesitate to say that this product doesn't work (esp since other reviews say otherwise) but from the product description my expectations were set high. I was looking to see mice packing up like on the cartoons (Lol). I wouldn't completely count MIGHTY MINT out. I would suggest that if you decide to purchase, try adding a few ounces (I used 16 oz) of essential peppermint oil to the mixture to make it more effective and save the handy jug for future use, especially if you need to dilute your pure oil. Who knew this would work so well?!? We have tried a lot of different products to get rid of ants, and are so glad we tried this. It’s now part of our subscription rotation! Thanks to all the great reviewers for sharing your experience. We have used it outside on the rows & rows of ant herds and they’ve all disappeared! This stuff works quickly, cleanly, is easy to apply, and safe as applied according to the instructions. If you have ants, it’s definitely worth giving it a try. Highly recommended!

It says safe for pets so as soon as it arrived I was ready to use it but read the bottle first. Found out that pets have to be kept out of the area while it dries. That's inconvenient for me as my dogs water bowl is in the area. Plus being my service dog he has to follow me from room to room which means entering that area multiple times a day. I had to ask a family member to spray the area at night when my dog is asleep. Then I told them the bottle says to spray a couple times a week and they got angry about that. So I was forced to leave my service dog to go spray the area myself. My dog scratched the door up trying to get to me.

1. The seller's customer service is Superb! When ai wad contacted by Fedex in Singapore that Seller had to provide some information for inbound customs clearance, I reached out to the customer service via Amazon. The customer service representative told assured me that I don't gave to worry as they will take care from their end! The 4 bottles were delivered to me on 17 March 2026 as per estimated areival date.. Amazing! 2. I just tried the produxt on my garden parameter wall as often the rats came over through gaps from my next door neighbour. I can smell the strong aroma of mint [itd pleadnat to.me!] But hopefully it will repel the rodants!! I don't heae sny grass movement so fsr as usually the rodents moved around on the garden. The smell is pretty strong. 3. What i like about this product is that it uses natural ingredients and not harmful.to.my 3 dogs [although I understand that mint essential oil is toxic to dogs] but the garden is not enclosed so it should be ok. 4. I WANT TO COMPLIMENT THE SELLER FOR THE PROFRSSIONAL PACKAGING. The 4 bottles were individually shrink wrapped and theere were no leakages of the content. The manufacturer is also very meticulous thst they even include a pieve if ehite cloth for wip8ng away any drips or leaks. Than you.

So I have had a rat problem in my new car (cost of living in country QLD). Prior to blocking off the holes, I had little critters coming and causing very expensive damage. Well I used the spray (along with a trap) and put a camera in the vehicle. I have the rat on camera taking two sniffs and skuttling off on a number of occasions. Certainly seemed to work as when I stopped using it, the rat came back and I caught him in the trap. So far, so very good.

Leí muy buenas críticas, con gusto lo compré, pasó el tiempo, todos los días lo usé, y sólo sirvió para perfumar con olor a menta, pero ningún efecto contra el roedor... Decepción, mucho dinero tirado a la basura.
