This is worth the money so far. This comment is posted June 23rd 2023and I will update July 23rd 2023 on how it’s going. I live in the country and my house is tracked in ALOT! We have friends over a lot who dont take off their shoes so mine will be put through a true test! It’s not soft on the feet but it doesn’t hurt either. I like to wear my shoes so it doesn’t bother me. It did have a smell when I opened it at like midnight and by next morning I couldn’t even smell it anymore! This feels thick and like it’s gonna hold up really well! I think everyone needs this rug especially if you live in the country! It’s very eye appealing and brightened up my dark living room!Update!!!! This is august26th 2023 so I’ve now had my rug 2 months and have had lots of tracking in and out with lots of friends and lots of children. I still love it and makes me happy! It’s held up well! My only minor I guess issue you could say but it’s not a big deal to me is after vacuuming so many times it has a few pieces come out but I mean a few in 2 months and can be fixed with a crochet hook. No-big-deal! Love this rug! I want one in every room! Everyone who comes over say they love how it feels on their feet! I always get compliments on it. I highly recommend it!! Cleans easy (and yes it’s had lots of oopsies with all the people who’s came over) and it’s not been a issue.If a spill happens just put a little baking soda and then vacuum it up. Hope this helps someone who is as skeptical as me when buying a big item online without knowing for sure what you will get.

Material and thickness is high quality no smell or wrinkles the color is natural. Great value for money highly recommended perfect for a small patio. Boho chic

I purchased the runner. It's good quality, and fairly thick. I like that thickness because it stays in place better. You will need a non-slip thingy underneath however. I did not notice any odor that came with it. I received a few compliments on it.

Good quality chunky jute rug. Arrived with no dampness, well packed and minimal shedding. Tassels are a nice touch and love the chunky feel underfoot (to me walking on this is like a mini foot massage :) adds great texture to the room as well. All 100% jute rugs will have some shedding. I’ve had a few now and find shedding on this to be minimal - it’s confined to under the rug and a quick periodic vacuum under the rug easily takes care of it. The stray 1 or 2 knots that poked thru over time were easily poked back in and under so the rug looks great. If new to jute rugs - I suggest vacuuming the rug with the beater bar off so it doesn’t pull on the natural fibers and cause the rug to age more quickly. Highly recommend!

But it frayed on end the first week. Still it’s comfortable on the feet.Some fibers show on black pants if you sit on floor. But I like the rug

The rug is beautiful just as I expected no smell a few knots pushing out but easily you can push them down through the underside. It is handmade so that’s expected for the next extension of weave.

While it looks amazing, this rug is a nightmare. It sheds these fine hair-like fibers, it collects an insane amount of dirt and dust, and the braids pull so easily. We wasted so much money on this thing.

Love this rug. Super high quality and although it’s weaved it’s really easy to vacuum and keep clean. Very nice and thick
