Solid texture - smooth and creamy yet snappy and hard - nice out of the fridge, (which it doesn't need to be for the shelf-stable probitiocs) I hope that doesn't kill them, I know freezing would 😋 (or heating too high i think above ~42°C as it'll get about that in our body) - each individual bar comes in a cute pattern. of little. squares, so using a chocolate thermometer I tried a few smaller squares melted over banana 'Nice Cream (frozen bananas blended into a soft serve consistency with plant milk) and it besutifully hardens after a few seconds - delicious - that may have sent the probitiocs to too low of a temp though but over fruit it might be fine to do - or just eat it just eat it 😂 🙈Great taste I wouldn't say its bitter nor is it particularly sweet but noticeably so (as someone used to homemade raw dark chocolate that's quite bitter)overall great value for money considering the bacterial cultures, zero sugar and great taste - also gluten and dairy free.Wonderful little chocolate bars, I feel certain I'll be trying the chocolate orange flavour next.

I love the quality in the taste and there is beneficial bacteria introduced into each little chunk to aid the human gut in dealing with what else we may consume too ( a sort of chocolate 'Yakult' in a way ). That's pretty good but I like the fact that I can ( surprisingly ) limit myself to one of the individually wrapped chunks each day to satiate my desire for chocolate. I don't know how I manage to keep to this regime but it works somehow, so these will be a dietary aid too. I suppose that the little chunks can be perceived to be daily rewards for staving off a bit of gluttony. I like 'em but only wish that they were more accessible in the shops in the U.K rather than being part of my on-line shopping rituals. I'll be buying them again .....and again .....and again.Eamonn

I found that trying to buy chocolate for diabetics very hard over the years, but I am pleased to say that this product is excellent. It comes in 7 bars with 3.5grms carbs per bar, which means you do not have to worry about extra carbs as it is such a small amount. The chocolate itself is very pleasant, and if I have been extra busy, I can have a small bar with my coffee in the afternoons!! Great product and arrived quickly.

Nice quality, nice taste but you get so little that it's just not worth it. The 7 bars are so miniscule making the product images extremely misleading I think.Maybe just buy to try it, but I can't see this being a regular purchase - you can get better stuff for far cheaper...

My stomache has been more tolerable and less bloated since having OHSO. It made me go to the toilet easier too. So I recommended that my friend try it as well........ He had trouble going to the loo and had a catheter which bled when he strained. (he was really depressed). He messaged me shortly afterwards and said as soon as he ate a bar of OHSO Orange flavour he went straight to the Loo and had no problem. He has it every day now, since his operation. LOL Fantastic

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying this. The photographs and everything else about this listing is SO misleading. It’s packaged to look like one large bar of chocolate, it’s not. It’s seven tiny ones, none of the photos make this clear. This represents truly awful value for money. The chocolate tastes okay (at best) but there are much better options for low/no added sugar chocolate bars in terms of flavour and even more so in terms of value.

I am trying to stick to a diet so this is good to eat rather than a full fat chocolate bar, it tastes quite good but does have a side effect as a laxative if to much consumed , so be warned!
