Absolutely horrid. Do not buy.Bought 2 for my young boys birthdays. Dodnt open til a few days after the return window (first mistake). Put together the first swing without a problem WORKED GREAT, very easy to assemble, sturdy, they loved it.Went to put the 2nd together only to realize it was sent with 6 bottom bars instead of 4 bottom and 2 top like it should have.I tried to contact seller. Ended up having to contact amazon. Amazon sent me a whole new purchased one that I was to take the bars out of and return for my money back because they could not just send me the bars or return the one I originally bought since it was out of my return date.Ok. Fine. Did that.Guess what!.....The 3rd one has the SAME ISSUE! 6 bottom bars instead of 4 bottom and 2 top!!So so mad. Returning the one I'm able too... gonna have to rig something up in place of the support bars for the top for the one I cant return. Very annoying. Boys haven't even gotten to use it yet.Never buying from this seller again.

Love this tree tent. We hung it in the backyard for the grandkids and it was a big hit. I was pleasantly surprised that it had window flaps to close the windows (some reviews said it didn't). The flaps for the door and windows don't "seal" shut, but addition of some simple velcro will fix that. I tested it myself, and it was quite comfortable. Like many, I chose not to use the lights - they just don't add much to the overall tent, and it's not too dark inside. The tent is well made and I expect it to hold up. I do take it down when it's not being used to extend the life of the tent and to keep moisture and creepy crawlers out of it - It's very easy to pull it out and hang it up if you leave it all together and just collapse it for storage (Collapses almost flat and fits into an extra large garbage bag). This was a great purchase.

This arrived in a very badly damaged box, it was open at the top and I was worried parts had fallen out. Luckily, everything was there to assemble it. I hope it was all there anyway, there weren't instructions in the box. Not sure if those fell out or it just didn't come with them. We figured it out though and now my son is thrilled to have a hanging tent in his room.

This is a simple thing to put together, but it's not easy. That's what makes it feel so sturdy though so it's forgivable. I like that it came with an air pump for the little round air mattress, and that the air mattress is in its own pouch at the bottom so that things don't fall under it or anything. It's honestly pretty well engineered, although I do wish the door was able to be shut in a sturdy fashion. I don't know why it's advertised as waterproof since there are two uncloseable windows on the sides and the doors just hang there, which would let water pool down into the 'tent'. I bought it for indoor use though so I'm happy enough.

The swing was pretty simple to put together and hang. The pump that came with it to inflate the bottom part was busted. Not in a way that happened from shipping, more like it was a return they sent back out on another order. There were Merry Christmas stickers in the box. It is quick drying, but we try not to leave it out in storms. Pretty disappointed that it has been up for about 2 weeks, and the connecting seams at the top are pulling apart. My kid is only 65 lbs. and has barely played in it. I bought it specifically for the higher weight limit, hoping for more durability.

Purchased this to replace a tent that broke before my daughter go in. The shipping was very quick came 2-3 days before estimated delivery. Assembly was very quick and easy. The tent is very sturdy. I’m 5’2 165 pounds and I was able to lay in it with no problem. Tent seems to be very durable.

A Little Difficult to build but came together really well. Firm, sturdy, seems very safe. Installed well. Came with excellent supplies. Kids really love it. Strong work.

Started ripping the day we got it. The kids are well under the weight limit. It was a pain to assemble, very vague instructions. I want to get a refund but I don’t even know how to return it. So upset that we wasted our money.

Great quality, my son loves it. Supports him well.. he's 130 lbs. Haven't used the lights much as he's not usually outside in the dark. Maybe inside in the winter.
