Better than expected

Edit: Seller sent a replacement which is awesome. I’ll get a bag to carry this one so straps won’t be an issue. Always great when sellers back their stuff. Replacement seems to get hotter than the old one which makes a huge difference. They appear identical so the first must have just had some issues with it. Am happy with purchase now.Super cheap carrying strap. If they would just not include this I could have paid more for a bag or better yet a different brand of fire pit altogether. Takes forever to get the strap on right snd then you find out the clips on the strap are clearly not rated for this much weight as they pop apart, which make the entire thing crash to the ground. Way better options out there for certain.When it comes to heat output it once again is rather sub par in. It doesn’t even make a very visually pleasing fire.Now pretty badly dented up and scratched from the strap not working it was not a good buy at all. I don’t know a better option that amazon sells just that everyone I know who has one works way better.

We live in an area where there are often burn bans. This propane fire pit was a very nice addition to our camping experience. I know that we will use this very often. Good quality. Well made.

I enjoy my heater for tailgates at the ski area. Cozy to stand or sit around with a frosty. One caveat, though, and kinda scary... I fired it up to inspect the flame and test my connections, and went about some tasks while it burned off the new paint smell. Suddenly, one of the lava rocks exploded, and sent several others flying off like a shot into the trees. I was certainly glad I was standing next to it then. I let it burn for an hour at full heat, and would recommend everyone do that before using it at close range. I tried to reach the manufacturer, but after three or four attempts over a couple days, always getting lost in the "press 1 for..." zone, I gave up. Hopefully, my experience is rare, and none gets hurt. Like I said, I enjoy my stove, and after many hours, have not had anymore explode! lol. Do a burn in from a safe distance!!

We live in Wyoming where the climate can become particularly dry in the summer months forcing fire bans so this portable fire pit comes in very handy in those camping situations. However, ironically, this has saved us on our last few very rainy camping trips where building a fire was impossible! We use it under our canopy and have never felt unsafe but have definitely felt dry and toasty warm. We’ve also used it tailgating at UW games in Laramie where the weather can be very harsh. Have had many people stop and compliment us on a great idea. Highly recommend this product and finding a carrying case was very easy and affordable.

I bought it for a camping trip when burn ban was on, and now use it even when able to burn campfire. Nice clean heat, and it doesn't matter which way the wind is blowing.

The first one that I ordered showed up with a small amount of damage. I was content to use it as it was but in my review noted the shipping damage. The company reached out to me quickly and sent a replacement the same day.This is a very nice little portable camp fire. It's easy to use and puts out a lot of heat for it's size. It's a nice alternative to a camp fire in places that have fire restrictions throughout the summer.
