This is Such a Cool Flashlight!
Where I live, there aren't any street lights. It gets almost pitch black after dark. I also spend time talking with my next-door neighbor, and particularly in the winter end up over there after dark. I have all kinds of flashlights, but they're large enough I have to remember to bring one if I'm going over there. I wanted something so small, I could just put it in my pocket, like a keychain.Based on other reviews, I tried this little guy. I like that it rotates on and off, instead of having a switch that might accidentally come on in my pocket. It's so small, I eventually bought one of those ID card holders from the Dollar Tree, with the extendable cord. I had to get a small split ring at the hardware store, but that worked perfectly. Now I just keep the cardholder on a belt loop. I've already been out after dark a few times that I hadn't planned (we talk a lot!), and this flashlight is easily bright enough to light up the ground. The USB charging is entirely simple, and even better, has a small LED indicator to let you know when it's charging and when it's complete. The light is really well built, rugged, and so small I suppose I could keep it on my key ring regularly. I may, but I do have another flashlight on that. I just don't always carry my keys when I'm going next door. I highly recommend this model, regardless that it's the older version. It's plenty bright, and lasts plenty of time for a walk.

Solid rechargeable mini flashlight
Nice little rechargeable flashlight, small enough to carry on a keychain without adding substantial bulk. It's roughly twice the volume of a little button battery flashlight, but I like the fact that you don't need to hassle with stocking button batteries. Easy to charge, reasonably bright for a mini flashlight.

Handy little flashlight.
When I need a bright light, I have a bright light. A lite little light that hangs from my belt loop. Perfect for a blue collar grunt like me.Over the last year I gifted one (no complaints), bungled the second (caught between seat and plastic cover, lost in the bowels of my truck forever), and my third delivered a few days ago. I’ll buy a 4th, 5th and 6th if need be.Excellent quality, battery life and brightness. Worth every shekel.

Bright, durable and dependable
I have two of these little keychain lights and they are a great addition to your standard keychain load out.The new models are a gigantic improvement over the older models in that they do not come apart (the old models actually separated in half when you charged them) and charging is as easy as twisting the two halves until the mini-USB port is exposed. The light has two modes: low and high (5/150 lumens, respectively) -both are useful, but using the light at it's highest setting will only yield you ~20 minutes of bright, useable light that steps down slightly after about 5 minutes. On low, you're usage will be measured in hours.Additionally, the i1R 2 EOS will hold a charge for months. Literally; if you only use it occasionally for a few seconds here or there, expect to get a looooong charge out of this light. Otherwise, burn time will be consistent with my above review, but your mileage may vary from unit to unit. The i1R 2 EOS is a durable, bright and useful keychain assistant and much better than your typical LED keylight. It's generally weather-proof, but I wouldn't risk submerging it underwater; for most other uses, it should serve you well.My only gripe (and it's minor one), is the long charge time -roughly an hour and a half. That said, charging is easy and when the light is fully charged, the LED above the micro USB port will glow blue (when the battery is low/charging, the LED will glow red).All-in-all, the Olight i1R 2 EOS is a very well-made, durable, bright and dependable LED keychain light. With even modest care, this tiny little brute of a light will serve you well for years.

Tiny but mighty
The flashlight has both a low and high setting and high is nicely bright. The size is about that of a AA battery when fully 'open' for charging. Closed for use, it's even shorter. Perfect on a key chain, ring, or fob. Could probably be used as a zipper pull on a jacket or backpack.Color of mine is not desert tan or sand at all, it's a medium chocolate brown. Not a complaint, just a fact. I ordered the lighter tan instead of black flashlight as I thought it looked like an antique gold and would be more noticeable in a dark purse or glove box. It really isn't.The included micro USB cable didn't work at all as it wouldn't stay in the micro USB slot on the flashlight but I had another one and that one worked fine. The red charging light did come on while charging (flashlight was DOA so needed charging) but it never went off. Even 4 hours later it was still red. The green light did not come on at all. The flashlight worked fine after 2 hrs but I charged it up for 4 anyway, despite the '75 minute full charge' claim. No green light ever made an appearance. All in all, I like it. I really like that it's rechargeable and I don't have to worry about batteries leaking all over the interior. Small size is nice and the light is still good and bright. We'll see how long the battery lasts but I'm pleased with the overall quality.

Only flashlight you’ll need
This little light is both compact and powerful. You turn it on by twisting the light tighter, and the charging port is in the light and can be found by twisting the other way. It lasts long and can go without recharging for a while. It’s easy to use. The overall quality of this product is great. I’ve even bought 2 more for my brother and father, and they both love it. I personally keep it on my keychain since it I use it quite a bit.
