I had ordered a name necklace in May of 2019. The necklace was beautiful but because of my hyphenated name, the necklace ended up bending and breaking right in the middle (being a soft sterling silver). I reached out to the vendor to let them know what had happened and that I was bummed because I really loved the necklace. I was hoping they could repair it for me or maybe replace (it was a long shot being over a year). They were more than willing to replace it and even listened to my idea as to how to make the necklace so that it would be stronger and less risk of bending and breaking. I received the replacement necklace and it was even more beautiful than the first one and it was exactly as I had asked/suggested. Communication was awesome and they were very willing to make it right!!! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from this Amazon vendor!! You will not be disappointed. That is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

It was a gift for my 18yr old. I was very nervous because the previous purchase looked very fake. This one completely flattered. When it arrived I was so pleased, I knew once she saw it she would love it, and she did. It was 14k gold and came with a pink Swaravski crystal, and the chain was perfect for its size. I would recommend this necklace to anyone looking for this type of product for a teen girl 110%!

I purchased three separate chains from this company, all I can say is that whoever you get these four will absolutely love them I purchased this for both my nieces and my own daughter let me tell you they went Gaga over them LOL. Anyway if you're looking for a great gift for someone in your family or loved one, I recommend these folks.

I wasn't expecting much when I ordered this but I was pleasantly surprised. It is very nicely made and a decent size. This was for an adult so I was worried it would be so tiny it would look like something for child but you can see it just fine and I have received many compliments! Great purchase and will most likely buy another for a friend.

I ordered a longer length chain as I have a broader neck.It was far shorter than I had ordered, so it sits uncomfortably around my neck.

I love the necklace the only thing wrong with it is the stone is a little off set so it doesn’t sit in its place properly but I would definitely buy this product again in the future
