I LOVE this scale. It seems to be very accurate for weight. I love the body composition numbers. While they may not be 100% accurate from the looks of the numbers I think they are probably pretty close. I'm so glad a got the one with handle to get a full body reading. I also got the measure and it is so easy to use and works with the same app. 10/10 would highly recommend .

This is a great cost effective scale. I do knot know if it is 100% accurate when compared to a DEXA scan, but I don't need it to be. All the average person needs is to be able to follow your trends to be sure that what you are doing is going in the right direction! This scale provides weight, fat, muscle, visceral fat metabolic rate, girth measurements, metabolic age readings and more! The app is clear and simple. This is the best purchase that I have made this year!

I just received my new scale. Per my doctors recommendation throughout my weight loss journey. It was suggested to purchase this particular scale because of the ease of use and ability to track weights, BMI, fat water, content, muscle bone, content, etc. the scale came packaged beautifully to protect the glass scale. The package also included QR codes to scan for Mattel, as well as linking to the scale app. Extremely easy to set up and register and couple the scale to the app. Aunt, after weighing myself, I had a full reading of my current statistics. this is my third scale one I had absolute difficulty not only understanding what the readings were. It was hard to read and did not seem very accurate. The second one would not link up properly to my phone and I have the latest Apple phone so it clearly was a scale. This one is excellent with large numbers easy to read you can choose metric system if you like as well. Interestingly, there is also an additional athletic mode which they explained to you would be based on high-performance athletes to give a different calibration to the scale. I think this is a huge bonus for a beginner like myself or someone who is , a sports enthusiast or even an athlete because of the multiple features, the scale offers. For an excellent price point I might add.

5 stars if it’s accurate, although I don’t have a baseline to compare to. It did weigh me about a pound lighter than my regular scale, so I’m not sure which to believe but I’m choosing to believe this one. Lots of measurements and the app connects easily with information about each measurement and normal ranges for everything. I do like it, it made me feel that it’s not as bad as i thought and it will help me track if I’m making any progress in the gym. Great value! Similar scales are a whole lot more expensive.

I purchased this not for full reliance on the accuracy of the readings given - but to watch for trends of muscle gain / fat loss/maintainence as I optimize my fitness regiment. The weight consistently reads within 2/10 of a pound of my previously reliable scale and the body fat percentage result is pretty much what I expected to see. The app is a breeze to set up and use. The readings are consistent and I personally find that reviewing the composition breakdown and analysis helps keep me mindful and focused on my nutrition and workout goals - making this a sound investment for my own personal needs. Update 10/13/22 - I've been on a bulking regiment and thought my morning weigh in was a little optimistic. I did seem to be "eliminating more water" than usual and did a second afternoon weigh in. The morning reading put me up .4 pound in muscle and .2 pound fat - and I was pretty excited about that because it's exactly the progress I was hoping to see over a week. After the water loss I actually weighed in at less than my starting weight - but that isn't what caught my attention. It also showed a decrease in bone mass - which obviously isn't correct. This does make me skeptical in the accuracy of the biometric readings. It appears that it just uses a generic calculation method as my old scale uses.

I love this scale! Someone told me about this before I bought it. It’s really cool that you can download an app and see more information about your body when you step on the scale. You can see your BMI, Muscle, Fat, etc. The app will also tell you if your percentage is low or average or high. I like it a lot so I used it for one of my school projects. Great quality! Of course, you can’t use this to replace a medical check up, but it’s way better than just have a scale and telling you how much you weight and that’s it. The scale looks like a glass on the top, those four silver plates are for your feet. You need to put your feet on all of them in order to get a result in the app. You can save your results and it will help analyze and compare before and after. The numbers on the scale are clear! Also, remember to read the instructions so you know what to be aware of. When I did my project, I had to be really careful about someone who is diabetic because the scale might damage the device if they do have a device that can’t handle the scale. So just a heads up.

I once felt I was in pretty good shape, but my knee balked at playing racquetball. Fast forward a few years, and I find that I am just not getting enough exercise or watching my bmi as I should. If a scale says a certain number for weight then we instinctively KNOW whether that is too much (it's never too little, is it?). BUT, I felt I needed more than the pounds in order to give that extra jolt to my psyche and make me aware of the damages that are accumulating. I read a lot of reviews before I decided this one would be a good choice. Price wise, it doesn't hurt at all. It measures all the body composition metrics I think one would need. I particularly wanted the percentage of water, because I feel I do not hydrate enough. I was disappointed that my metabolic age isn't lower. I thought 40 years of racquetball would do more, but I suppose 4 years of being lax undoes all that. This doesn't connect with Alexa, but i would not want her spouting all these numbers out anyway. And it doesn't give you the weather like some of the expensive ones do, but I have weather apps on my phone and I have windows to look out. It connected to my phone easily but I find it is a little slow transferring information to the FitIndex app on my phone occasionally. If I lay the phone on the floor in front of the scale, it works almost instantly. I waited a few weeks to write this because I wanted to be certain. I feel I purchased the perfect one. It's thin, unobtrusive (I store it on edge), and attractive. I believe it is accurate. I believe it makes one more aware of what is going on in the body and hopefully that awareness will translate into more activity and less eating.
