I have been on this product for 2 months now and it’s helped with my PCOS symptoms since week 1! I have been diagnosed with PCOS for 16 years now and I crap you NOT it is literally and honestly the only thing that has helped my cycle get regulated and not painful as it use to be! I absolutely LOVE THIS PRODUCT, I think it’s time to try and start my family finally! (Me and my partner haven’t been unprotected so that the time can be right) I’m so excited! I’ll definitely be updating !!!

This works alright, not sure if I saw any lasting effects

I used this product after my miscarriage to get things back on track and hormone levels back to normal. To my surprise I’m pregnant again before having a cycle and had been taking this the day after my MMC! Will definitely be using this product through my pregnancy, since I know it helps with gestational diabetes as well. Which I had with my first. Great product for the price!

They seem to have help with my cravings, they're not as intense. But is out of stock again. So I can't take it consecutive months in a row.

After scouring hundreds of PCOS reddit post, I decided to give Inositol a shot; I was hoping that it would help calm my period down (I would bleed VERY heavily for 6 days and my period would last 10). I was also hoping that it would help with hirsutism and the accompanying fatigue and cramps that came with my period. I can honestly say that it has been able to assist in all those categories. Nothing is completely solved, but it does help make it a lot more manageable. My cramps and fatigue only last a day or two at night now instead of all days throughout my period. Plus now I only get 2 or 3 heavy days and my period caps out at around 7 days. As for the hirsutism, it not an all time fix, but with this and epilating I have definitely noticed hair growing in sparser and thinner. I also enjoyed that it was cheaper than most other inositol options that I've seen through Amazon.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor recommended I try this product before moving up to metformin in order to spare me of some of the unsavory side effects. While I have not had the product long, I can already tell it’s working better than expected and I will for sure be purchasing again.

I've used this combo of inositol before, just through a different brand. I use this to help with my PCOS. I tried this because of the price, which is much cheaper. The bottle is nice and the capsules are a good size, easy to swallow. I will buy this again.
