EXCELLENT product
I was introduced to Top Dog Health when my dog had TPLO surgery on his rear leg. The surgeon called me to recommend the Top Dog Health website which had a complete post-surgical rehabilitation program. I followed the program, which educated me on the importance of joint supplementation, especially post-surgery and because my dog also has mild hip dysplasia and is at high risk for developing arthritis. I ended up not purchasing the Top Dog Health joint supplements only because my dog's health insurance only covers Dasuquin Advanced and Adequan injections. However, my dog also has allergies and alopecia (thinning fur) so I decided to try DerMaid. I already give my dog a large daily dose of biotin and Omega 3-6-9 fish oil, but adding the DermAid has made a noticeable difference in his coat, which is now much thicker and very shiny. Since starting him on DermAid my dog hasn't rolled on his back to scratch. I'm not only very happy with DermAid but also with Dr. James St Clair, the proprietor of Top Dog Health. I've give him 10 stars if I could . . . and so would my dog!

Hair regrowth after surgery
My dog has always had skin issues but even 5 months post-FHO surgery, hair was only regrowing at the incision site and nowhere else. After starting DermAid, started noticing hair slowing coming in where there hadn't been any before at all. Additionally, I noticed an overall improvement with her other skin issues. I would recommend to give this a try if nothing else has worked for you; no guarantees but it definitely worked for my dog.

CAUTION
CAUTION: DermAid may promote growth of live skin warts on dogs with weakened immune systems. I noticed 3 weeks after starting DermAid my dog's live skin warts increased in growth speed, itching and bleeding. I haulted DermAid and the warts shrunk to half their size and stopped bleeding. There may be an ingredient in DermAid that may increase their activity if the immune system is week.

Hasn't completely solved the shedding problem but it is making a noticeable difference & I am 😀 about that...

Healthier, shinier coat!
This product made a huge difference in the integrity of my dogs skin and fur within just a couple of weeks. Powder form, makes it easy to mix right in with food and I like that it comes with a tablespoon inside for easy measuring.
