This rug is beautiful and fits our living area perfectly! It only took about a day for it to settle down and lay flat on our hardwood floors. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly beautiful and plush

For the first time I chose to order the open box option for two items. One order was fine and this one was horrible. First, the plastic bag my rug came in was ripped in half all the way down the rug. The rug was absolutely filthy. But when I rolled it out there were numerous stains on the main area of the rug as well as all along the edge. Also shown in the picture is one of two stitching errors. There is a clear dividing line in two main spots of the rug. I took my hand thinking it was from being rolled and it would come out. But no, it’s a clear stitching error. The one I took a picture of is right in the center of the rug and can’t be hidden. The other one just happens to run under a piece of furniture. This was way overpriced for what I received as an “open box. “ I just sold a rug that was the same size in similar stain condition for $40. I paid well over $200 for a stained and flawed rug. This was obviously a used and returned rug and sold as new instead of damaged and thrown out. Now I’m stuck with a rug that not only is stained but stitched incorrectly. I will update this post to reflect how customer service reviews my issues.

What a beautiful area rug! I originally saw it on overstock & wayfair, but noticed it was $85 cheaper on Amazon (for the 8X10). Great quality for the money and I couldn't be happier. It has a nice thickness and feels nice to walk on. The only thing I would say is that the description of white/gray is not entirely accurate. It is truly the color that you see in the pictures.

I am so happy with this rug! It feels really soft under your feet. The art design in the rug, the dots, are bigger than they look in the picture. So the rug looks a little busier than I was expecting but it still works for my room and I love it!
