Item was very well done. The clearcoat covering will protect the lettering and design for years to come. I would recommend cleaning it with just a cloth and warm water if it gets dusty in your home. Chemicals or chemical wipes may deteriorate the clear coating. I purchased this as a gift for my aunt because she loves Winnie The Pooh and I happen to know this is her favorite quote. This little plaque is just perfect. It will go on the hall wall along side of our photos of my husband and myself. It has a little weight to it, but not enough to cause any wall damage. The plaque is in great shape, well wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap. No flaws noted prior to or after the fir'ing, process. The coloring of the letters and the color of the plaque is a nice contrast. There are many plaques to choose from. I bought this for my wife she loves Winnie the Pooh. It is a perfect size and describes exactly how I feel. The writing is a navy blue an the string that hangs it is blue as well so it gives it a nice pop of color. The glaze across the front makes it really shiny and beautiful. I was very impressed with the seller as well because it included a note and a mint.
