Not too shabby.
I got this in a used-like new condition and it was. I got the flower pattern, it reminded me of the old sewing baskets I seen growing up. The quality itself is good, the magnetic closure never fails...even when really stuffing it. I am able to fit a lot in this, so I am not sure what some others are saying it is so tiny. Right now I have about 30 loose spools of thread, two plastic boxes each holding 30 small spools, a very large spool, 4 pair of scissors, thread snips, a mini iron (wand), a decent size container with all of my pins that has a pumpkin attached to the top, multiple tape measures...and that is just in the underneath...in the tray I have all my seam splitters, chalk, marking pens, all my feet, extra needles for my machine, regular sewing needles, etc. Like I said, I can fit a lot in here and still be able to close it all. This is a great starter set that comes with it and a good deal, especially for what I paid for it. I bought this one because in comparison to the Singer brand baskets, this was much larger in comparison. Check out measurements before ordering anything to save yourself some grief, but to rate lower due to size is kind of crazy when measurements are listed...this one truly is larger than most I seen, so if this is still to small, you may need something specially made or just use sterilite containers or something because you won't find much larger anywhere online from what I seen.

Very well designed sewing box
My very old sewing box (which was a hard plastic) finally died. Amazing how hard it is to choose a new one and finding them in stores is nearly impossible. I took a chance with this one and I'm pleased with it. Lots of good storage sections that are particular to a sewing kit AND it comes with a travel kit. (It's not that small but it IS portable.) The travel kit has every color thread you'll ever need. The outside fabric is very nice and the close snap is easy to use. Highly recommend.

Very pleased
Very pleased! This is a gift for my Mother in Law who has been sewing for years. Unsure how many she may have but she is setting up a new sewing room in her home. So a fresh new sewing basket will give her more space. The kit that came with it is a great little set of must have and things easily lost. So I know she will use them (needles, thread, pins, buttons, scissors, thimbles, etc.).

Good size and love the color
My old sewing basket was falling apart. It was a double lid basket. This one is a bit smaller but I really like the ease if the size to store, its fun color of purple with white polka dots. Everything fits just fine and I have a lot in there. 2 pin cushions, needles, scissors, bobbins, etc.. I like the single lid also since you always have to open the whole thing us each time.

Good product
The basket itself is sturdy and well made. Lots of room for all your sewing items.. I only gave it 4 stars because I ordered the pink and received the. purple. This is a gift for someone so I don't have time to wait for another one

Perfect Size
Loved how well it was crafted, and has a really nice stock of sewing threads and accessories to get any project started. I already had a sewing box that was maybe 50 years old and ugly so it was a joy to replace my old one with this very special one. Just wish the top inner lid wasn't a silk like fabric because I always like to stick my needles somewhere fast and that fabric just isn't great for that. Love it tho!

Perfect!
This sewing basket is perfect for my sewing notions. It is well made and the polka dot fabric on the exterior is so cute. The bonus sewing kit is much nicer than expected. I'm impressed and plan to buy another one as a gift.

small but roomy
The pattern of this box reminded me of my mom's old sewing basket and it's very pretty in person. It seems sturdy and has enough room for a beginner just getting into sewing.
