I thought this one would come small because of its price. I bought the white because it is the cheapest but I was surprised as it is as big as my palm. I can't believe the other colors are priced more. I definitely bought for the purpose and not for the color. In terms of the use, Im so happy that not only it scrapes well, i also cuts my dough. I bought a silicon mat and needed something to cut without damaging my mat. And this scraper did it well without cutting through my silicon mat.

I'm a newbie baker, like many of us are now. I wanted something to help scrape dough out, found this one, liked the price too! Anyway, I love it! I use it to scrape, can split my dough without worrying about cutting my $10 pastry mat. I wish I'd bought 2!

This scraper is very rigid and solid, so it is good for cutting dough. However, it is not flexible at all, so not good for scraping the sides of a bowl. I will keep looking.

I was wanting a more flexible scraper but got a stiff one. BUT...this was ALL ON ME. Says it right up front but, I wasn't paying attention. I'm new to bench scrapers. Saw them on Martha Stewart and America's Test Kitchen but they used a flexible one and, I thought they were all flexible. A cautionary tale to READ THE ITEM DETAILS. Very nice scraper. I'll probably use it to scrap dough off my wood board when making bread and get a flexible one for scraping out dough from my bowls..

I use this for scooping up anything I have finely chopped on my cutting board. It's also good for scoring sliced cheese. It has the same rigidity as a metal bench knife, except it's lightweight & a lot cheaper. I do wish the edge was more finely beveled -- it's a wee thick.If you are looking for a nice, flexible bread knife, the uxcell Plastic Household Bakery D Shaped Flour Bread Cake Dough Scraper is a good choice for the price. I use it all the time when making bread.

I have been using this fellow to cut pizza dough and it's been fantastic. Is a bit "smaller" but would be good for helping hands. Like many, I have taken up some bread baking and yet to really "use" it hard. But it does not damage our counter tops which is why I stayed away from metal.

I just love it. A friend has this and uses it for many things in her kitchen, so I had to have one. Not only is it great at cutting bread dough, it aids in scrapping chopped food into pots or bowls. It's very stiff, and I love that. Works well with dough on a the counter or cutting board. Just perfect. I have other flexible scrappers that aren't good when I need to cut dough, too much flex can be a bad thing also. I love that I could get red, to match the other kitchen appliances also.

1001 uses in the kitchen - then I found 1001 things I could use it for. I already have a metal one but this baby is useful for even more jobs. Get one.
