I've installed about fifteen of these in the past two months and we are going to get more to finish outfitting the entire office.Pros:• Affordable price• Easy to assemble with just a phillips screwdriver and the included tools• Solid construction, no flimsy parts or pieces• Manufacturing QC appears to be good, I've seen variances in neither the construction nor the quality of the materials• Supports at least dual 24" displayso I’ve only installed 19-24”, it may work with larger ones• Includes allen and combo hex wrenches for adjusting the tension on all the swivel pointsCons (and these are minor):• There should be two wire clips on the horizontal bars, one at each end instead of one in the middleo To keep the wires cleaner (less drooping, less corner cutting)o To allow the monitors to swivel to the side without binding on the wires• The base is deep front to back, taking up a fair amount of desk spaceo I know this is required for stability, just be aware that the dynamics of your desk will change in an unexpected wayNeither of these are worth deducting a star.Things you need:• A phillips screwdrivero To attach the post to the baseo To run the screws into the VESA mount• Black Velcro wire ties, qty 2o To tie the wires at the hinge closest to the monitorBe aware:• If you try to use non-matching monitors the VESA mount might be in a different location, making the monitors not aligned• You would benefit from getting longer cordso Not required, but when you route cables cleanly be aware that they don't reach as far as they did when running a direct patho I have had to relocate several workstations to either on top of a desk or onto a pedestal beneath the desk in order for the cords to reachConclusion: If you are running dual monitors then this is an excellent solution to not have paper reams or old textbooks stacked up.

At first, I tried to use this stand with two different models 24 inch monitors. Because of this, one monitor was higher than the other, so I decided to order another monitor to match. I love this stand because it helps organize and free up space on my desk. The stand is very strong and holds both monitors securely. There is a hole in the bottom of the stand that allow you to bolt it to the desktop if you don't mind drilling a hole in your desk (bolt is included). I didn't need to bolt the stand to the desktop because it's very secure just sitting on the desk. The mounts allow you to rotate each monitor horizontally up to 90 degrees if needed. If I am in the market for another monitor stand, I certainly will consider buying another. The item was delivered a day earlier than quoted.

I just purchased two of these stands, currently using one with a pair of 23" Acer S231HL monitors and one with a pair 24" Acer G246HL monitors, and am very pleased with my purchase. These stands are well built and easily hold my monitors with plenty of room for the 24's. They have a nice sturdy design and are built with quality components; these stands look like they would cost a lot more than the $63.00 I paid.Contrary to some of the negative reviews, these stands are fully adjustable and all pivot points can be tightened/loosened as desired (the adjustment bolts are simply concealed by plastic caps for aesthetics) so there are no fears of loose, sagging monitors. The mounts can be aligned for either vertical (9:16 ratio) or horizontal (16:9 ratio) use, pivoted for both horizontal and vertical movement, and adjusted for height by sliding along the vertical pole. The vertical height adjustment is probably the biggest reason to buy a stand such as this. Most monitors nowadays have simple, nonadjustable baseplates that force the monitor to sit super low on the desk. This stand allows you to get the monitor up off the desk and at a far more comfortable viewing height. This also frees up a lot of desk space, especially if you ditch the baseplate and opt for the drilled install.Some notes:1) The included screws for the VESA mount were too long for my super thin Acer LED monitors, requiring me to purchase washers to use as spacers (I also could have purchased shorter screws). Not a big deal, but worth noting.2) The base plate is quite large. This isn't unique to this particular stand, as pretty much all dual monitor stands have large baseplates to help offset the weight of the screens. Again, not a big deal. They also include the hardware so that you can mount the stand straight to the desktop by way of a drilled hole, which isn't an option for everybody, but would certainly result in a cleaner installation and lots of freed desk space.All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend this mount to anybody in the market for a quality dual monitor stand.

I have buy multiples of these stands and this is the best. I like that it is fully adjustable and easy to manage. I use it with and without the stand, desk mounted, and it works great both ways. Highly recommend this item. Durable and reliable when installed.

I'm rating this stand because it is exactly what I needed for two widescreen monitors. The installation instructions, like most these days, were not clear for a novice. Once I found the adjustment screws that were covered with previously installed caps, the problem was easily resolved. Additional caps were provided which confused me at first.Protection of the monitors during installation was also a concern. I found that it was easier to lay both monitor screens on a flat protective padded surface to mount the stand to (including tightening the stand swivel nuts) and then lift the stand in its vertical position. This will take two persons to help lift and move the assembly to the its preplanned position. The assemby takes up space so initial measurment is required.All in all, the stand works great!!

These monitors are very sturdy and adjust really well with this stand. It is a very stabler stand also and the monitors stay where you set them.

Lo utilizé con dos monitores Gateway de 19" y la base los soporta muy bien, solo no hay que olvidarse de apretar muy bien las tuercas grandes que van en cada soporte porque si estan flojas los monitores quedan caidos, para eso viene una llave de tuercas grande junto a una llave allen para ajustar la altura, para apretar la tuerca se quitan unas tapas de plastico con un desarmador. La base es bastante grande y pesada, lo que hace tambien que los monitores queden mucho mas cerca, pero eso se soluciona ajustandolos para que queden en V, las posibilidades con que se pueden ajustar ahora los monitores hacen que valga la pena invertir en esta base.

People have been writing that this stand is defective. I would like to set the record that it is NOT. Defective means something is faulty or malfunctioning, this stand is not.The stand arrived and had one small problem mentioned in a bunch of other reviews, the monitor fell down because of how much it weighed. Well much time did it take for me to tighten the bolt? About 1 minute... You will need an adjustable wrench or a ratchet with sizes slightly bigger than 5/8 (my toolset stopped at 5/8). You pop the plastic cover off, tighten it to your liking and you are good to go.As someone else said, whether it holds is another story, but I cannot comment whether these stands were built to be constantly adjusted and moved. Otherwise I am incredibly happy it has moved my monitors up about 1 foot and I no longer crane my neck to look down. It is adjustable as well so there will be no gap, like others have said.One benefit is that this stand can bolt directly to your desk without the heavy bottom stand. I don't remember this mentioned anywhere. All you need to do is drill a small hole in your desk and put a mounting bracket/bolt from the bottom into the stand. Will most likely require 2 people.

Este soporte dual, es muy sencillo, pero funcional. Viene incluido con todo lo necesario para hacer el montaje de los monitores (tornillos, llaves, etc). No recuerdo si en la descripción de producto se mencione que se puede usar el soporte con la base incluida o fijándolo en el escritorio (se necesita taladrar un pequeño hoyo). Yo uso la base con 2 monitores DELL de 24" y funciona excelente. Ademas encontré el producto en oferta y me costo la mitad que otros productos similares.

My desk is not built the right way to use one of the clamping monitor stands, fortunately i found this.It's great! it also comes with an ooptional attachment that lets you drill the stand into your monitor, you can even use it alongside the regular base. I guess it's useful if you had super heavy monitors, but i probably wont use it. I dont like the idea of drilling a permanent hole into my desk. Tood bad they didnt include a clamping base!Anyway, the stand is nice, the arms are strong enough to hold your monitos tightly. I only wish it had an extra level of adjustment: you can't extend or retract the length of the arms. So if your monitors are much smaller than 24", you may end up with a large gap in between them (this can be solved by moving the arms forward, but doing that puts a lot of forward weight and it doesnt feel as stable)Anyway, awesome prodcut for the price, My desk looks great with my new double monitor set up. so much extra space!
