Madura II

loved the first Madura, missed the fact that there was a Madura II until now about 150 years later, and I absolutely loved it, this combination of musicians just have the magic touch, saw on Youtube that there was some new video, with Alan DeCarlo and I think David Wolinski don't know who the drummer was, maybe these guys will put something out again. hopefully with the same cast Ross Soloman, David Wolinski and Alan J. DeCarlo

To my surprise it had been cut as a CD! Now I can listen to either medium, and add it to my phone and take it anywhere.

For me I was lured in by their appearance in Electra Glide in Blue and the JWG production at Caribou. I never saw them live, but nothing on their first 2 albums consistently generated the excitement from their all too brief appearance on EGiB. Moments of Edgar Winter and other bands like that, but then they slide into some real awkward moments for me. I attribute that to JWG most likely. I've never felt they were a brass-less Chicago/CTA and don't get any Terry Kath comparisons…but that's me, obviously several people really like this 70s never quite there band.

Meglio il primo disco dei madura. Questo si fa ascoltare, ma due volte di fila diventa pesante... forse le prime pubblicazioni sono a volte uniche.
