Okay. Stop what you're doing and LISTEN.... er... READ!!!! This seasoning.... is the END ALL BE ALL for taking a dish to the next level. First off.... lemme ask you a question... have you ever had Maple Bourbon BACON? Dude.... you first get hit with the smell of that glorious, delicious bacon..... Then BAM... this sweet, maple aroma fills the air with a hint of bourbon.... And then.... when you cook it just right (crispy on the outside, but still somewhat chewy on the inside)... you get this intense flavor that can't even be put into words accurately... my best explanation is for you to think back.... remember Homer Simpson dreaming about food? THATS the feeling you'll have after you try this and then think back to it. Man, I sound like the Mayor of Big Backville, but whatever.... I'm gonna run for president and have Derek Wolf as my VP.

Excellent spice blend. Salt content is mild. Use it on hot smoked salmon, going through a bottle in six month. Highly recommend.

These seasonings pack a ton of flavor and work great on meat, veggies, and even eggs. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the blends are unique compared to typical store-bought spices. Only downside is the price a bit high for the amount you get. Still, they make grilling and smoking way better.
