Bought this to rehab a pulley injury on my finger.Simple to use and adjustable. So i can add more or less resistance on the injured finger.

It's too early to say if this is going to help, the reason I'm doing this is for finger tapping, to build speed and power.One thing seems immediately obvious: the 5 piston model is outrageously unwieldy.Unless you have very unique hands, you will not be able to manage the included exercises without really hurting yourself.It's otherwise a well built, decent innovation - and I'll keep using it wherever I can.

I bought this to strengthen my little finger for playing guitar. It's easy to use and feels solid and having the 5 finger springs rather 4 means that you can exercise your fingers in a slightly more spread out fashion...which feels like a good idea, but maybe isn't completely necessary. I think my little finger has become stronger, it's certainly easier to play guitar, but I can't say how much is down to the gadget and how much to just practising the guitar.

Very well made from a high quality plastic, a comfortable rubber top to each finger and the palm grip.the Brass is well turned and stays in place when being used. i like the lock out parts that allow you to lock down different fingers. marks on the plastic that allow you to identify the tension settings. even had little business cards that have 6 individual exercises on them.Ii would 100% recommend this product to anyone. I'm using it for guitar finger strengthening. but it would be great for any grip training.

Can be used to improve finger picking dexterity as well as increasing flexibility and strength of left hand . A great help in unveilinge fingers after not playing for several years.

Didn't know I needed this.Only bought on a whim Tbh. Mechanism works great, and the adjustable levels works great. Finger pads are soft enough to not cause any discomfort after long usage. Only issue I have is the bottom rubber slip is a tad thin and occasionally comes off. Will have to see the durability of this over time.

Though I was not happy to learn this product was assembled in China rather than the U.S., I was pleased with the sturdy construction and the fact that the tension range goes from 3 to 8.5 pounds which means I don't have to purchase multiple hand exercises to cover this same range. Though I only gave four stars to comfort level the fact that I have small hands is certainly a factor. Very pleased overall.
