I swear that the newer the vehicle the longer the windshield . This is not the best made but works well as long as you don't use brute force . It seems to work well with spray glass cleaners or using it dry , that depends how dirty the windshield is . I like that it does save me less shoulder pain using it as opposed to attempting to clean the windshield without it .

this works great! i filled the small bottle with window cleaner, sprayed it on the pad and cleaned my windshield!!!

This is an awesome product offered at an incredible price. I was thoroughly surprised when I received the package to just how sturdy the pole was. I was expecting a thin, cheap aluminum feel, but this product has some heft to it! I like that they also have included a few different microfiber fitted cloths to be able to easily clean my windshield. I love not having to break my arm twisting it in all kinds of directions to try to clean my windshield to return visibility back! Adjustable length makes it easy to get to every corner. Highly recommend this product for those looking for easy windshield cleaning!

UPDATE at bottom of the original review: I was contacted my the seller and wanted to post their response. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I have updated my rating accordingly.While this could have been great for the price, poor manufacturing/design was the thing that stood out to me (see below). The plastic pad holder isn't flexible side to side, but it flexes enough "top to bottom" to handle the curve of my windshield. But you have to pay attention to how the plastic pad is orientated when using it. The variety of pads is nice. Use one to clean and one to finish. (I used the yellow with a bit of windex to clean, and the red (dry) to dry everything off). You could just use water, but it's been a long time since I had cleaned the inside of my windshield, so there was a bit of a film that I thought needed a bit more than water to clean off. Windshield is nice and clean now.The biggest issue is the extension handle just fell apart the first time I used it. There is a plastic insert that will lock the two aluminum tubes (extended or collapsed), but due to poor manufacturing, the plastic insert came out of the smaller tube, thus the whole thing just came apart. Because it was no longer fixed to the smaller tube, it will not extend and stay locked. If you look at my 3rd picture, you'll see the "crimp" they used to attach the lock piece. The 2nd picture is the lock assembly, which should be secured to the smaller tube. it fits inside the larger tube and then locks the extension by friction with a quick twist. If you give it a twist and it falls apart, you know that the insert came out. You may be able to get it to stay, but in my case, it was loose enough that it wasn't staying anywhere.This was the cheapest prime option and it shows. It may work for you. Just be careful when you try to lock the handle. A better crimp or better attachment (maybe a screw or pin) would fix the issue. Other than that, it does what it needs to do. In the meantime, grab the duct tape.UPDATE - Before I leave a review, I always reach out to the seller. In this case, they were on "vacation", so they didn't respond for a number of days. Regardless, I was finally contacted by the seller. They explained I received a rare manufacturing defect and they have since fixed the issue. They stated they were aware of the quality control issue on the machine that crimps the insert and they have since fixed it. Since I ended up buying something else, I didn't take them up on their offer to try a "good" version, but at least they reached out and tried to make it right. Your luck may vary, but I already moved on. I upgraded my overall rating to reflect that it may be a limited issue. It may be still worth a try, but that's up to you.

I tried cleaning my bathroom mirror with it as a test when I got it,I used the thickest pad,it left lint all over the mirror,I had to rinse all of the pads off and shake them to get the lint off,I know there was lint because I saw it fall in the tub when I shook the red pad,then let them dry for a day and cleaned the mirror with it and invisible glass brand cleaner,no streaks but I don’t see the point in having the head of the cleaner being pointed since every time I tried to use that edge to simulate cleaning behind the dash where it meets the windshield,the whole head would flop.so,the unit works somewhat,just not easy to use on corners and have to make sure to get the lint off first.Later I tried cleaning the car windows and switched pads after the windshield and right door,there was still a little lint so I switched to paper towels and they did a better job cleaning and also drying.Guess I should have tried it the second time sooner because the return window closed about a week ago so I’m stuck with it..Save your money…

Works well

This gadget actually makes cleaning your windshield, usually an awkward task, quite easy. The instructions were basically non-existent, so I just picked what I thought were the appropriate pads from the three or four supplied, squirted on some Windex and, voila!, the task was done. The handle extends, which is probably useful in some instances. I used it once, so far, and am pleased with it.

seam on the first clothe cover i've tried broke when i put it on the handle. The end of the head of the handle, where the clothe are, is too thin and it curved, so it doesn't touch the window at his extremity.

I was a little disappointed that the "ziplock" bag that came with this was damaged upon arrival. However I'm not concerned enough to return it or ask for a refund. I made the purchase for the cleaning tool itself, and probably wouldn't have used the bag anyways.
