I agree with the previous reviews. No connectivity issues and easy to install. I have been using the UPS and FedEx functionality and it works GREAT! It's very cool to get home on a snowy or rainy day and have your packages in the garage. It's also stopped me from bugging my neighbor, while on vacation, to ask him to put my packages in the garage. 2 things to note on the FedEx and UPS set up:1) Be sure to add any alternate names to your FedEx or UPS profile. My wife ordered a few things with her name on the packages and they were left on the door step as usual. Once we added her name to the alternate name field, everything worked like a charm.2) UPS and FedEx didn't know to use the garage keypad until I put the, included, plate by the doorbell instructing them to go to the trackpin keypad.My favorite functionality, by far, is the ability to limit access for different pins. For instance, I have a unique pin for the cleaning people. They can only access the garage on Friday's between noon and 5pm. If they try to use their pin outside of those hours, I'm alerted. Pretty cool stuff.

This is the only product I could find that does what I needed. We have a vacation house in another state and periodically rent it out or need to give access to someone to perform maintainance. TrackPIN allows me to assign and delete PINs from my home state AND monitor the status of the garage door. I bought this device a couple of months before I was going to install it on the vacation house to test at my main residence.. I wanted to be sure it was COMPLETELY reliable before I set it up on the vacation house. It worked so well, and is so reasonably priced that I got a second unit for the vacation house.The installation process is pretty simple and very well documented. They include everything needed in the box. When I say everything, I mean everything. From a small screwdriver, network cable, even double-sided tape! Not only can you assign/delete PINs remotely, but you can view the status of the door (open/closed) and a history of when it was opened and closed. Since I already had a TrackPIN at home, when I installed it on the vacation house I had to use my wife's email address to set up and account. I called tech support and got someone right away who was VERY knowledgeable about every detail of the unit. How refreshing that I didn't have to over explain my question. He told me that when the dedicated iOS/android app comes out (which should be this fall) I'll be able to have both units under one account, but for now I have to use another email address to register the unit. No big deal.One question that I had before I bought the unit was "how close to the Trackpin hub does the Trackpin switch have to be?" In both houses the Hub and Switch are on separate floors and about 25 feet horizontally away going through a load bearing wall and the floor. I have had ZERO issues with connectivity.I do not need or use the other major selling point of this device. The parcel height opening. You can link this thing to FedEx and UPS so that the delivery person can partially open your garage door, deliver a package, then close the door. you can even control how far it opens! This also helps with peace of mind knowing that your box is safe in the garage and you can check on your phone and see exactly when the door was opened, closed and the package delivered. Nice!I cannot recommend the TrackPIN enough. It is a high quality product.
