Great for miniatures
I got this airbrush for painting 3d printed miniatures. Spraying on the base coat saves a lot of time and is easier than hand painting all the details on the first layer.Out of the box the airbrush took about an hour and a half to charge to full. The battery life was good for about 30-45 minutes of painting but it can also be used plugged in for endless use.I used liquitex airbrush medium to thin my paints until they were the consistency of milk and this worked on the first try.

Did not meet expectations 😕
I'm not quite sure how to rate this item. Im new to airbrushing. Had no skill in it what so ever. I used the item once and the color wasn't coming out how I expected. Thru research, I found that turning the dial on the end toggles the flow or color.Upon my second attempt of using the item I could get no color out of it. You could feel it blowing air but nothing worked. I cleaned it based on multiple videos explaining how to do so. I purchased airbrush thinners and cleaners etc... still no color. I washed it put by putting water in the pigment holder and held the nozzle. The water would bubble and clean it. Still nothing. Im at a loss as to how to get it working. It has been sitting in my craft drawer for months now. I have not picked it back up. Im not sure if the item is cheap and don't work or if its me.Used it one time... for the cost I spent on it and all the time I spent trying to clean it and get it to work im not sure if its worth the buy. If someone can tell me how to fix it and I get it working ill be happy to change my review.

Very good for small projects
I was skeptical about how well a mini portable airbrush would be, but this one did well for my scale model kit painting needs. Charging takes 2-3 hours for a full charge and gave me on average an hour of use for painting, on and off for multiple layers of paint. Maintenance of the included airbrush was easy, and the included nozzle size works well for broader layers of paint. If you want smaller detailed painting you might want to find a smaller needle/nozzle size. Anyway, the mini compressor's 16-20 PSI is enough to push out properly thinned paint, but you'll want something thinner than even a milky consistently so you don't run into any problems at a lower PSI.Easy to use, easy to maintain. Highly recommended.

Perfect for airplane model making
My son is an airplane model making devil. When other teens play video games, he sprays paint 1/50 inches plastic pieces. He bought this with his money. First one shipped was not working but exchange was very easy. Second one worked great. He loves it and he knows his $#^*.

Great noob-friendly airbrush
I love this thing - it works as expected, hassle-free setup without bulky cords or tubes to plug in, and is quiet as a mouse fart. I've already airbrushed several Warmachine minis and some terrain models to great effect. Though I'm certain better airbrushes exist, and that seasoned pros might rue the difference, I personally expected far worse out of a $50 battery-operated airbrush. I'm EXTREMELY impressed with this thing - it has taken my painting up to "a whole 'nother level."

Really tried to make this work.
I had high hopes for this machine. I tried everything to make this work, but the flow wasn't great no matter how many times I troubleshot. Paint spat constantly and there was no constant flow even when I used water. For the record, I used appropriate airbrush paint with this machine. I will be returning.
