I was excited to use these! I had already put up 2 on the bulletin board. Then I got to the next one, I noticed it wasn’t cut correctly. Several were like this. Then I saw one was written on, one was torn, and a few were bent. It was as if someone had used them and sent them back.I would still order borders, BUT I will check them before I use them.
