Great product!!! For GF allergy, best ramen noodles out there!!! One tip- after boiling, rinse with cold water in strainer before adding to broth, makes huge difference!!

Love these noodles! I use them to make Mary’s Whole Life Beef and Broccoli Ramen Stir Fry (which is fantastic btw!). Noodles are super easy to cook and the texture, taste and sturdiness are spot on.

As someone with Celiac I’ve been searching for what seems like forever for a good ramen noodle. This is it!!! Does need to be cooked a little longer than the package says but tastes great. Did come smashed up hence the 4 stars

I have gut issues and need to be gluten-free, but I really missed my ramen noodles. This one tastes great and I can now enjoy home made ramen again! I heat it up for 5 minutes in water in the microwave then let it sit for another 1 -2 and add bone broth, GF soy from San-J, fish sauce, cilantro herbs, lime, etc, to recreate my own ramen soup. Delicious! Only thing, a bit expensive here. Fortunately Costco has it as well so now I buy there.

I've purchased this product many times from the places and love tham. Like all ramen noodles, they are supposed to come in 'patties'. Amazon shipped 2 packages of these in an envelope. They arrived as noodle crumbs.

My daughter loves these for making her homemade ramen type noodles. I wanted something healthier than the store bought ramen and sauce packs. She uses these noodles and we bought a bunch of ingredients for her to experiment and make healthier sauces. Definitely the healthier way to go!
