Easy to use and so far been durable

The tape is thick which will provide good scratch protection. The glue seems very sticky which presents another problem. It is impossible to trim to fit the shape of the surface I need to protect. I wish they would include a backing on the tape so that I can trim to shape first before sticking on. That will make this product a 5 stars product.Also, I don't know if this tape will turn yellow over time. I have a white car. It will be very ugly if it turns yellow over time. I did not see another who had this long enough to provide experience. That's why I want to know if I can peel the tape off over time if that happens.

Es bueno de adhiere bien , pero se hace difícil colocarlo principalmente en donde hace curvas. Yo quisiera retirarlo para ponerlo mejor y no puedo. Quiero un consejo para ello. Gracias

It is thick material but hard to apply and cut perfect to size of corners since it doesn't come with backing sticker so you can't cut in advance apply it to perfect fit. It doesn't do well in curvy areas too it will show wrinkle on tape as you adjust around the corners or curves ofbcar, making it look sloppy. It pulled the car paint off my rear plastic bumper when trying to take it off fastly.But this is visible so you can see over time if it damages paint or not in the long run. The black plastic bumper protectors will damage your bumper if rain water is trapped inside it. This is the next best thing for now for the bumpers.

I'm not using this for it's original purpose. Actually, I'm using it as door edging for hallway doors in high-traffic areas in an office space. It does great to protect the door edges from people using hard stuff to prop the doors open. I'm half tempted to wrap all the doors in this stuff because they're nice & cushy. ^_^

Stay with 3M Rock Guard. This stuff will not stretch or shrink around curves. Very hard to cut. Sticks to shears. Can not use water to slide into position. Horrible to work with. I can't believe this is one of Amazon's top picks.

Used to stop offroad dust abrasion between tailgate paint and bed cover rubber seal. It prevented scouring paint down to bare metal. Application to curved surfaces requires cleaning, setup and patience.

I bought this for bottom of my car door where there are a few shoe scuff marks. It was a bit tricky to install; I had to use a bank card to ensure there were no air bubbles below but other than that it gets the job done. It's been on almost 2 weeks now and has withstood rain and a decent amount of dust with no lifting. (Make sure and clean the area prior to placing down).
