Klein Tools J2100L Offset Left-Cutting Journeyman Snip

I've tried about every snip on the market. Was an avid proponent of Midwest, but also have tried Lenox, Irwin, Malco, Wiss, and more. These Kleins cut easier from day 1 and last longer. I do HVAC for a living and use my snips a lot.

This is my second pair of klein snips. ( I have one set for my bag and one set for my tool belt.) They are the best snips I've used and don't plan on using any other kind. The grips are comfortable and they cut incredibly smooth. Perfect for the shop and for the field.

If you've never tried a pair of Klein snips then you are missing out. Klein makes a quality tool, for electrical and hvac. I like their snips better than malco and Lennox. I've used the same pair of Klein reds for 7 years in duct install without the need to replace the blades and decided to finally get a pair of their greens.

Amazing product will never buy any other brand and then I went and tried to cut 18 gauge cold rolled steel and they broke in two. The top blade sheered right off

As a new Journeyman Insulator I have now found the "Cadillac" of snips. I bought the Klein Tools Journeyman Right-Cutting J2101R , Straight-Cutting J2102S, and the Left-Cutting J2100L "Offset Snips" though Amazon. The price was great even with shipping to The Great White North Eh!, it was like getting 3 for the price of 2. The curved handles and Klein blades result in a "very nice feel and an extremely smooth cut. The Wiss and Fat Max I had bought just before these are now used for donating to apprentices, stripping tools or spares.

I like everything about this tool. I also received it on time. Cuts better. Easy to use.

Snips are well made and sharp. I don't like the way the handles open really wide makes hard to get a quick grip. The finger spacing on the bottom handle adds pressure to middle finger when cutting heavier 18 ga stickin with my midwests I am a Union sheet metal worker

Great snips ,very pricey but they last if you look after them. I use an old pair for cutting garbage

Cuts reinforced metal studs like paper

Ergonomic handles are great and they're folded so they don't slide off over time. They also have an exceptionally narrow tip which is great for detail work. I work doing steel roofing for Hy Grade Steel so I cut several thousand feet of steel per year. These are my personal favorites.

Great product, cuts great and best snips by far. Sad to say that the grip on them has split pretty easily and I will have to probably tape/glue it back together
