First of all, I’ve been searching for affordable dining chairs that look like this for a long time. These are absolutely perfect and I read the reviews about them being hard to put together I figured those people just don’t know how to do it with patience. Well, it is tricky and you will get extremely frustrated so please read these tips because I think they will help you.The problem is the four screw holes that connect the seat of the chair to the back of the chair. One or two of those holes will be pre-drilled at a weird angle. So, my advice is lightly screwing the screws first, before you put the seat on, and see how the screws are angled. I’ve attached some pictures. Keep in mind which ones are angling what direction and then when you go to screw the seat on remember that some screws need to be angled either towards/away from you or to the left or right, etc. After spending hours not being able to get one of the screws to catch, I took it apart and did this first and it went together in two minutes.I needed four chairs and after I put them all together one had a short front leg. To be more specific the leg was fine but the screw holes must have been placed higher on one side so even when you sat down the chair wobbled. (Last picture) This was the easiest return I’ve ever made without any Amazon purchase. They sent two new chairs quickly and paid for the return of the two chairs, which I had 30 days to do. I just needed to drop the box off at UPS. A couple of the chairs were wobbly but when you sit down there was no wobble so I figured that’s good enough for this price.As far as the reviews about them not being strong enough both me and my husband are 150 pounds and they feel very sturdy to me. If you had some really big family members I don’t know if these are the chairs you would pick but they seem like they’d be able to handle quite a bit of weight.The color is a nice medium gray, I think they look and feel much more expensive than the price. I definitely recommend!

We recieved the chairs, and in less than 2-weeks, the front legs splintered apart making the chairs unusbale. The wood construction appears to be very soft and brittle, and under under nomral use, highly unstable. We have attempted to contact Amazon for either replacments or full refund. The chairs are designed poorly, looks good until an average person sits on them.

I purchased 6 of these for my long dining table and they look fantastic. They are a lot lighter than they look, so I was concerned about how durable they would be over time. After more than a year, they've held up very well. They arrive unassembled, but assembly was extremely simple. They are very cushioned, so you can gather around the dining table for hours in total comfort. Cleanup is a snap with a damp cloth. I also hit them with a little Pledge now and then.

I've created this review because of all the disappointing reviews I've read thus far about this product. They really are a great deal for the price- and instantly improve the look of a home!Based on the negative themes I saw, I say the following:1. Several people gave this a negative review solely because the box was damaged. How does that determine the quality of the product you've purchased?! Leave a package review not a product review!2. Several people complained of this product bending when sat on. I experienced this and realized I didn't tighten the bolts all the way! Tighten the bolts!3. People complained the product slipped on their floor... no kidding?! It has plastic shoes!! Put some rubber or felt pads on it and you've solved your problem. Don't give them 1 star because your needs weren't catered to with one of the best priced chairs on the market!4. They came unassembed - you lazy American!! Put it together.. or go spend double from a box store on an already assembled chair.I almost didn't purchase this product because of all the negative reviews I read. I'm glad I did, I'm extremely happy with them!

Missing some screws and washers took me long time to find the replacement screws for these.

The chairs are OK once put together but it was a nightmare putting them together because the screws did not fit the holes they were to go in. It took my son 5 hours to finagle a way to get them put together. Also both chairs had one uneven leg so they wobble a tiny bit. We almost sent them back. But they are attractive and comfortable to sit in and serve the purpose so we decided to make do and keep them.

I bought four of these chairs so far. They feel very sturdy and solid, and the material is smooth and easy to clean. I'm hoping the seat won't wear out like the previous style of chairs I had. The only problem is that the legs are a bit uneven on one chair and it wobbles a bit, though it straightens out when someone sits down on it.

Nightmare! My original purchase was for; 1 set of gray & 1 set of beiges, with the intention to match my other chairs (view the picture attached of my aqua original chair).Problems began as soon as I received it the SIZE is a joke, unless it is bought for a child or a tea table, plus uncomfortable.Next problem, I was charged for (2 sets of beige & 1 set of gray) I was unable to request my refund and return the item due to a family emergency, Therefore, one set of beige was sitting in my garage.I swear that a month after the beige chair BROKE! Having an extra unopened box in my storage of junk, I refuse to even attempt to assemble knowing the quality of this... product. Honestly, the only reason I haven give this review of 1 star is simply because theirs no option for negative stars!
