Great stones for beginning collectors!
My stones are gorgeous, all 36 of them! They arrived promptly, and as shown--a very beautiful variety of shapes and colors. There's about five of them that aren't 100% smooth, just as an FYI. I washed them with sea salt to neutralize their energy and I'm keeping them in the window to "charge" them with some solar/lunar energy. I'll be using my stones for metaphysical/healing purposes. My only dilemma is to identify each stone! I know I have some quartz: a couple of rose, a couple of smoky, but as for the rest? I've been looking at charts and YouTube videos to get some help! LOLEDIT 3/15/14: As I'm a bit more versed in identifying tumbled gemstones and their quality, I wanted to amend this review to better describe my shipment. The stones I received were mostly of "B" quality (very slight inner cracks, at least 30% opaque). None of the pieces were chipped. A few of them were of a higher quality. What you see in the photograph is most likely what you'll get. My batch consisted of mostly quartz (2-4 apiece): green, blue (mistaken for sodalite), white, amethyst, clear, smoky, and rose. I also received about 4 pieces of red jasper, 4-5 striped brown jasper, 1 yellow jasper, 2-3 carnelian, and 3 black tourmaline.Another good thing about these pieces is that they're fairly large, ranging from 3/4" to 1 1/2" in diameter. Depending on the stone, you could spend anywhere from $1.50 to $7 on a single piece of a comparable size. For anyone new to collecting or using them for metaphysical purposes, you'll be happy with these! I still use these stones on a semi-regular basis for meditation/chakra balancing, and I try to charge them using sunlight/moonlight from time to time. I will no longer cleanse them with water, as I feel that sage is better to use than water or sea salt. Approximately 36 natural stones for about $15 is a very good bargain, and I' m glad I began my collection with this lot, honestly.

Great collection!
I don't know what some of these are but I love them! I ordered 3 lbs of the Medium size and got the max amount of 81. All are within the sizes listed but I think a few might even be a bit big (which I'm thrilled about)! Not a single one was broken or chipped and there's not a stinker in the bunch! I know the pictures don't show them categorized correctly but I took the pics before I attempted to identify them so that's on me. I didn't get any Hematite, which is good, because it's very heavy and I already had some. I also didn't get any Yellow Jasper, which I'm sad about, but I got some really nice pieces of Rose Quartz, Bronzite, Citrine, Emerald (I think), Black Tourmaline (I think), Sodalite (stunning!), a couple Smokey Quartz, and lots more! None are dyed as far as I can tell but I read that dyed ones work the same as natural ones anyway so I'm not worried about it. I'm certainly no expert but I didn't see any tell-tale signs that others listed of dark lines in any of my stones. I'm having a really hard time identifying whether what I got was Black Tourmaline or Black Onyx so if anyone has any help there, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I can't tell if I got Aventurine or Green Quartz so again, if anyone knows, please comment! Overall, I'm very happy with my lot and will be ordering more.I bought some necklace cords, "50pcs Black Satin Silk Necklace Cord 2.0mm/24'' with 2'' Extension Chain Lead&nickel Free" https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NZ6ICVK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1and some cage pendants, "PEPPERLONELY Brand 20PC Silver Plated Spiral Bead Cage Charms Pendants (Holds 18mm - 22mm Beads)" https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QDLE9EI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1and made some pretty sweet necklaces with the smaller stones. I made 20 necklaces with these and probably have enough smaller stones left to make a few more but if you want these for the cages I listed, you should probably order the Small size. I have 55+ left that are good-sized (which was what I wanted) but I plan to order some more stones in size Small and some more of those cage pendants. I'm thinking I can use the smallest of that bunch and put a few in each cage and the larger ones in their own cages. (Not all necklaces were photographed.)

They're real rocks!
I ordered this bag of XXL stones and a bag of Medium size stones for some stone carving experiments, and if you want the real deal, these are it.Some of you may read my review title and think "Yeah, they are real rocks. How observant of you." The reason I bother to specify that is, when I was shopping for rocks, I saw several listings for tumbled rocks, only to read their reviews and see customers complaining that the "rocks" were just pieces of hardened, polished resin! So, I ask you this: Do you just want some shiny objects to sit in a decorative bowl? If so, I'd suggest looking at polished resin. It might be cheaper. But if you need actual rocks, I again attest that the rocks I received are actual, tumbled rocks. While all of them are polished highly, there are some nicks, dents, scratches and such in nearly all of the rocks that reveal bits of their original basic rock appearance.I mentioned I got these for a carving experiment....I'm trying my hand at decorative rock carving, and wanted to try carving then sanding tumbled, polished rock for unique carvings, since many simple grab a rough rock and carve it. I've only carved a few of these so far, but the ones I've carved do reveal mineral formations that I don't think would show up in resin. As for calling these gems, I only got one piece of agate and some quartz, so don't be mislead into thinking they're valuable gems. That being said, all of the rocks are beautifully polished and look great. Given the price though, I won't be buying more of these. Should I decide to pursue polished rock carving further, I'll buy or build my own tumbler and tumble my own rocks. I bought this pack and a pack of smaller rocks chiefly because it's cheaper than buying a tumbler that I may have only used once.

I have highly recommended to everyone I know who is into crystals these products.
I purchased the 3lb bag of small mixed Brazilian tumbled stones and was so impressed with the amount, quality, variety and size of stones I received that I ordered a second bag and upon receiving that bag everything was as with the first bag so I ordered a third and also 2 bags of the raw stones from them and not one bag came with any disappointments. And I plan on purchasing bags with the bigger sized stones. Not all stones are perfect but nothing in life is and that's what makes each stone even more beautiful and unique.I especially enjoyed the raw stones being able to rinse them off with water and seeing the beauty of them come to life and I got some really beautiful pieces. And just a note, I don't put out many reviews. I only do so if I feel I have received an excellent top quality product such as this or if the product is so terrible I feel customers need to know.I don't take writing reviews lightly when it comes to other people spending their money on something but with that being said beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Better than expected
I expected small, broken or fake stones. But every piece I received was genuine and quite large! I got a good variety of pieces and I'm very happy.
