is it a plug and play or is there a lot of technical stuff to do to get it to work. I plan on using it for iclone 7.

You need to install and configure a separate sdk.

Is this version supported by windows 10?

Yes! You must do install kinect SDK 1.8 .

Is this V1? Can this be used with Skanect?

Yes this is V1... As for skanect I am not sure?

can it work with iclone animation software?

Yes, it can work. Just download the iClone Mocap plug-in for the Kinect.
