Broken bottles

I ordered two 12 packs and only received one, but all but 5 were broken, with no fault of the company, it was all to do with UPS. I told them and immediately received an email AND credit for the whole thing. So, it’s not the company, but UPS. The 5 that remained were amazing!! How can you go wrong with topo Chico

Update... much better packaging this time. Although, it still would have been wise to mark the box, "fragile/glass". But this time, it was double-cushioned, tightly, with air bags and styro. No breakage. Thanks!Original review: Not packed "as well" as it could be for glass bottles, but the manufacturer's box of bottles was packed into a roomy box with "some" bubble wrap. Fortunately, these are pretty thick glass bottles that seem to hold up well, as from the looks of the box's condition upon arrival (compressed on one end, like it was dropped or stacked under heavy boxes)... it seems that shippers really don't give a crap about "fragile" stickers, lol. Delivered promptly, no breakage and good price, so 5 stars. (And if you don't know what Topo Chico is, well, just try it and you'll understand...)

Love the product. The most carbonated and refreshing one iyt there! Always order from the same vendor. Glass bottles are packed well and none arrived broken.

The hint of lime

I purchased this in December 2022 and they sent me a pack of Topo Chico that expired march 2022. Unfortunately I had to drink one first to realize it was expired because it was flat and tasted awful. Lost all trust from this seller definitely won’t be buying from them again. If they can’t get the expiration date correct when sending food — that’s a problem. Should be fundamental.
