This product is great for smaller lighter things. I use it to hold pepper gel onto my belt so that I can get it into action very fast. I don't know if it could hold a copious amount of keys however for what I use it for it is great.

Use them every day.

Use both of them at work. One has a proximity card and the other several keys. Within a month the straps started to show wear due to the fact that I didn't use the carabiner clip as pictured. It easier to clip on and off when you rotate them around. The one with the proximity card just came apart after 9 month but it wasn't at the clip. It was actually at the stitching. The end of the strap which is melted frayed to the point where the strap pulled through the stitching. A match, needle and thread fixed it. The other one looks fine. Tension is still good and I have had up to 20 keys on it. All in all I am happy with the product.

I bought these 6 years ago for myself and my staff. Mine has gotten HEAVY daily usage at work, holding 1 proximity badge and 7 keys, and generally being abused by me. I highly recommend these, I am only just now having to replace mine, because I snapped the cord. I have a habit of sliding everything into my pants pocket to quiet the keys jingling, which bends the cord where it finally broke. Reordering today because I liked this one so much. I've tried dozens of other badge reels in the past, including all steel ones, and this is by far my favorite and longest lasting.

I have gone through 3 pairs of KeyBak key chains. They last for a while, but then the keys or badge swipe would get caught and end up breaking the retractable string, The latch was also somewhat flimsy and after some months of use, the latch would come undo and either the keys would fall to the ground or it would pull away from my belt loop.The Alazco, on the other hand, has a longer stainless steel cable which appears much sturdier and gives me more time to notice that the keys or swipe have caught on something. The retracting spring is also stronger, so I only need one retractor for all my kets.

I'm sure it's durable, but it's too big to hang on my belt loop as planned. This thing is 8" long from end to end, and adding my keys and id makes it almost 13"!!! Photo shows one against a standard 8.5x11 notepad. I'll find another use for them, but I don't want my keys hanging down around my knees LOL!

I have an HTC Vive and needed some way to manage the wire while moving about the room. This pair of key fobs proved PERFECT for the job. They are really large for keychain tethers which makes them strong enough to hold the VR cable out of the way while providing spring stretch when the cable is pulled. Extremely happy for what I purchased them for. If I was going to use them strictly as a key fob, just be aware they are big and the keys will hang low below your belt.

Been buying ID holders long time ago. It snapped easily and almost lost my company ID. When I found this, my ID is now secured. No need to take it out from the case holder to scan at the kiosk to enter and exit at the employees parking lot. I highly recommend it
