I am very pleased with the quality and construction and durability and fit of this cover.

Is covering my hot rube well and makes it look a lot nicer. Put it over my old hard shell cover that was cracked and it did the trick saving me from having to spend a lot for another hard shell cover.

This cover protects the expensive permanent cover from plant material, bird poop & sun. It stays on in the wind & is easily washed with the garden hose. Reasonable in price.

This is a high quality product. Very good stitching and a nice, heavy material. It is not waterproof, but most of the water does bead up and trail off to the ground. Very little rain water makes it through to the actual hot tub cover. This also helps prevent any excessive heat loss, as it prevents direct contact of the outside air with escaping steam that may get through the middle seam portion of the hot tub's hard cover. The escaping steam/heat essentially creates its own buffer of air between this cover and the hard cover, which is a good insulator. Just got through my first winter in New England with this cover and it did great with the snow. Highly recommend!

Cover does not hold up to sun (it quickly bubbles) and it blows off easily with any type of wind. Company does not give refunds, only a store credit for a more expensive cover …. I do NOT want another product from them.AMAZON should remove this company as a product supplier.

Delivery was fast and the product came as described. It is a great temporary cover I'd you need something immediately, but I wouldn't recommend for long term use. We purchased this with the intention of using it exclusively. We live in S. Fl. so we weren't too concerned that the cover does not hold in the heat as well as a hard cover would. But even down here our hot tub has too work really hard to stay at the set temp. The water will (over time) penetrate the seam, causing discoloration and a chemical deposit. Also, it secures only with an elastic band, so if you have small children or pets, beware how easily they could fall in and possibly get tangled in it.These are just a few concerns to note but if you are only looking for a temporary fix, it is a great cover.
