The material for birthday hats is really good and nice quality but they are difficult to assemble. Lots get torn while handling them.

Hats did not go together well at all , ripped , cracked and were just no good and complete garbage

I figured four stars would be adequate, but the lower stars are what should matter. I destroyed the first one, although I was trying to be careful. The second and third ones are held together by cellophane tape. Haven't gotten to the rest. Thankfully, I have more than I need, and they will be worn for only an hour. Don't order unless you have a lot of patience, don't need all of them and have tape on hand. Be sure to warn people to be careful when putting them on, the elastic chin string (which you have to tie) will snap or rip off.
