We've had this for almost a year now. It's held up very well. It still looks beautiful. We do cover a part of it with a blanket to protect it from our cat/claws. The storage is perfect for blankets. The color is a beautiful brown. I still love it today.

Searched many storage ottomans and this one checks all the boxes!Excellent quality and very sturdy. Lid hinges are very good quality and operate flawlessly.The distressed vegan leather is nicer than expected and is the exact color and texture we wanted for this space.Legs are extremely easy to attach and no wobbles!Very impressed overall and highly recommend.Bernese Mtn dog approved too!

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. We ordered the 36” square in Distressed Black. It has great storage (see photos). We live in a small 750 sqft house, so every inch of storage counts. The ottoman is so far very sturdy. My 200lb husband plopped himself down on it the other day and I cringed, because I fully expected the legs to bust like some of the reviews. And although all is well, I reminded him not to use it as a seat if he can help it.The material has a brushed texture to it, and it attracts hair very easily. So if you have pets like we do, just be prepared to be vacuuming the hair off frequently. I already knew this going into it based on other reviews. But I typically keep a tidy home, so taking 30 seconds to vacuum the ottoman while I’m vacuuming the rest of the house daily isn’t a big deal to me.Before installing the legs, I noticed one of them had a small, hairline crack. The crack certainly did not go all the way through the leg, and it almost looked like just a crack in the finish. Not sure. Now that the legs are installed, I can’t even find the leg in question to show a photo of it, so it’s clearly not that obvious of a flaw.There’s a small chip out of the wood frame on mine (see photos). I have a wood furniture repair kit that will easily cover that up, though. But worth noting.My biggest complaint was the delivery/tracking. Amazon tracking said it was out for delivery on a Monday, but it never came. The next day, same thing. Never came. For 5 days, Amazon’s tracking said it would be delivered that day. Finally, I referenced the tracking number directly on UPS’s website. It said delivery was “expected” Thursday. It never came. Finally, on Friday, it was delivered even though the UPS tracking was acting like it had actually lost the package. It was a mess. Neither UPS nor Amazon had any real answers. I’m just glad it all worked out in the endOverall, I would recommend and would buy it again.

This shipped quickly and arrived without problem. Easy to assemble, just had to add legs and tool was already included in package. Sturdy and able to sit on it need be. Freshened up our space!

I bought this ottoman at the end of July 2024. Out of nowhere, it stopped closing correctly. It is completely not aligning. Considering the price, this should never happen.

easy to attach legs - nice product

I was looking for a storage bench so my pups and kitten could look out the window. This was the perfect size and matches my new sectional. I can't speak to the durability of the fabric yet but it seems adequate and the legs are sturdy and each attaches with 2 bolts. The only issue was when I opened the box, all the bolts and washers were rolling around, some in the box, others inside the storage area, most of which were inside the lining. I found a small rip in the front side lining. I had to shake the bench around to get the washers and bolts to the hole so I could fish them out. It was a minor inconvenience and I was able to locate all 8 bolts and 7 of the washers. The legs went on smoothly. The lid came preattached and the hinges all are in line and work correctly, holding the lid open as they should. The color was exactly what i needed, a brown/taupe grey. The extra storage is always a great bonus.
