Heavy Duty
This skid plate is perfect for my WR250r. It bolted right up to the existing holes and is very solid. I've taken it out on some rough tracks over the past few weeks and it holds up like a champ! Bolted it up using lock-tight so nothing has rattled loose. I highly recommend this plate for your Yamaha WR

Solid skid plate at a great price!
This plate was nearly half the price of severalother aluminum skid plates so I was skeptical but it fit my 08 WR250r perfectly and all of the mounting holes aligned perfectly and the hardware fit the factory threads with no issues. The aluminum plate was of ample thickness and the tig welds look solid. There were some tooling marks and this plate wasn’t polished like some of them on the market. I suspect this is where the savings comes into play. But, if you plan to ride in the woods and bash it off of rocks, I’m not sure you care about a few tooling marks. Buy it now before they figure out they can sell em for more $$

Fits my WR250R
Works great!I would highly advise that you use loctite. (Not included)I put this on my 2020 WR250R.Also note that you will need to remove your charcoal canister if you have one in order for this to fit.

Get what you pay for
The good: Product shipped fast and seller accepted return right away.The bad: fit and finish is poor, metal is very very soft. Will not hold up to off-road use. Would only purchase for looks and street use. I could bend the skid plate by hand with ease.

Gets the job done... kinda
Take a little effort to align the bolt holes. Its aluminum so isn't too hard to work with. Reflects some engine sound upward. Looks great and should protect great. Not alot of room for sound deadening or foam thoUpdate.... not very strong.

Took a bit of adjusting
Mine took a bit of hammering on the water pump side plate to increase the clearance from 1/4" to about 1" which made me feel more comfortable when it clicks the rocks.Otherwise it fits on the bike well.
