There is a PO# tag inside the sleeve of the net that is needed to register the product for the warranty. Check to make sure it is there, ours was missing out of the box and the product says you only have 15 days to register from the date of purchase. Other than that, the net is great for baseball

This net is sturdy and large. It takes practice to set it up. Once you've got the hang of it, it will be perfect, but slightly frustrating until then.
