Great to keep in your car. Thick enough to last awhile. I've used around the property and works for me.

My daughter used it for a halloween costume and it was pretty durable and worked for what she needed. So I don't see it not being suitable for rain

I picked these up while visiting family during the rainy season becuase I needed something super light-weight for the rain. Mission accomplished. The downside is the material. It's like a semi-reusable plastic tablecloth (with texture). As such, it will tear easily and doesn't breath so I got really hot in it. The upside to that same material is that it also folds down to almost nothing and weighs next to nothing so great for travel.

I liked it because it is a longer than normal raincoat. Also the fact there is 2 of them in a pack and for the price, its a good deal! My daughter used one for a halloween costume and we can still use it as well as the other. Buttons stay buttoned and are not too hard to unbutton.

I could tell as soon as I opened the package that these will rip at the first possible opportunity, They're akin to the disposable ones you buy at the last minute when you're heading to an event and realize the weather is taking a turn. I'm sad to be returning because I like the foreboding appearance they would give me, but alas, I don't want to just be buying a new raincoat in a week.

The raincoats are a great value for the money. The are lightweight and portable. The long length is great to keep legs from getting wet.
