Poor Quality Control...Two Pumps both damaged
Stay away - Ordered Twice due to damage on pump to engine flange (aluminum sealing surface both had sections missing)...very low quality....look elsewhere...30 days lost with car on hoist waiting for parts!

Good fit.
Good fit and easy install to turbocharger. Unfortunately it's the turbocharger that is the problem. Gotta buy one of them now. But I've got an extra pump, so that's good.

Working as expected so far.
Gates has always been know to make a quality part. This one for an R53 Mini seems good so far. No leaks, strange noises or anything. Fit an finish is nice (casting looks good). Comes with the O-ring which is nice. It does have a plastic impeller just like the OE pump. So if you are hung up on 'upgrading' to a metal impeller you should keep shopping.
