Not quite sure if it actually reduces cholesterol, but will wait and see how it does down the road. I don’t like taking statin medication! This seems to be a much better route, and better for you. The taste is OK. I blended it with a little ginger, which helps with the flavor!

Not even a spoon full of sugar helps this medicine go down, took one sip spit it out and gave the box to the trash. Taste horrid

Does not taste that good.
I am an avid tea drinker. This is one of the worst tasting teas I have had. However, I will keep drinking if I see any health improvements.

The review is still out on this package of tea
I've only had one cup of tea of this tea it tastes good but I have not used enough to notice any difference but I shall start drinking more of it and let you know if there's any changes but so far it tastes good

Taste not to my liking
I don't know if it helps lower my lipid tests yet until I go back to the doctor in 2 Mos.The problem I'm having is that I don't like the taste of it so I'm steeping a camomile tea bag along with it then adding a small amount of crystal lite drink mix to it so I can drink it. The taste may be okay for others but not for me however, if it lowers my lipid levels then I'll continue drinking it and just add other things to alter the taste.
