I have changed my blade after getting a ‘no atomizer’ error but i still get it with the new one too. did anyone else have this issue?

I have recently purchased a Lamda device from you - after 2 weeks, it is not charging properly, please advise?

I have also experienced charging issues on a couple of occasions with the Lambda cc.. First was not using the supplied power cable which is short ..the alternative (longer) cable appeared similar and fitted but did not charge ..and on another occasion using the supplied Lambda USB cable I had to use an alternative USB plug as another similar plug didn't appear to be charging? I have also turned the USB connection from the cable to the Lambda device as well on occasion.. if I remember correctly ..when experiencing charging issues ... If any of these options doesn't help (work} I'd return it for replacement or refund ..
